The receptionists were great and the reception area is very cozy, but the service with Dr. Eduardo was terrible. He was super arrogant and unnecessarily distressed me, saying I had a cavity. After that day, I had two x-rays and two evaluations done at more renowned clinics, and no other dentist saw it, only him… strange, isn't it?! I would only return if I were to be treated by another doctor.

Lack of organization in the service! Terrible service! Rude, unhelpful staff, I always have a headache when I have to go to this place with an appointment, I arrive early and they put other people ahead of me. They even say that the person was scheduled at my time, a real lack of commitment to the patient.

My experience was wonderful, my result was satisfactory, I was very happy with my teeth. I have so much to thank Dr. Laíse and her entire team for, everyone was very attentive and polite. Coiffe Cohama team, thank you very much, you are to be congratulated. Gratitude 🙏☺️😃🙏
