The doctors expertise and professionalism shone through every step of the treatment. The doctors were meticulous in their work, made me feel comfortable during procedures, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I felt they genuinely wanted the best outcome for me.

Made a booking thru Whatsapp for general check-up and cleaning services for myself and my daughter. I also asked about teeth straightening but was told that need another booking with a different dentist (orthodontist). seems to be new and inexperienced as she placed the saliva ejector either near my throat or sucking my lips a few times making me slightly uncomfortable. Then, I was sent to Dr. Ng (orthodontist) which I asked if there's a need for braces but advised not required for my condition. Little did I know that a short consultation of 5~6mins would cost me RM150 for a separate Orthodontic consultation. I wasn't told about this upfront but this is also partly my mistake for not checking about the charges in advance. The clinic is new and have nice set-up but the nurse may need more training. Also, may be good to let patient knows about the estimated pricing in advance.

I enjoy my monthly visit to see Dr Ng WL, my orthodontist. It is always nice coming to Alpha Dental cos Ira n her colleagues are always so welcoming! Highly recommended if you are looking for a v caring yet professional dental clinic !

I made a WhatsApp appointment, explaining that the treatment I needed was only available on Friday, but they gave me Wednesday. I said I couldn't, I could only have it on Friday, any Friday time was fine, but they absolutely refused to give me Friday. What's going on?! How do they do things at the counter?!

Dr. Lee was fantastic throughout my visit. She has a calm and reassuring manner that really helped me feel comfortable. The whole procedure — both the scaling and filling — was done so gently that I didn’t experience any discomfort at all. If you’re nervous about seeing a dentist, she’s definitely someone worth visiting.

My husband had a great experience at Alpha Dental Specialist, where he was treated by Dr. Koh Yun Shan. We came in for a filling and the EMS oral spa treatment. Dr. Koh was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The filling looks clean and natural, and the EMS treatment left his teeth look super fresh.The clinic is modern, clean, and the staff were very welcoming. 🦷✨👍🏻

This was my first dental checkup and cleaning. Dr. Xu patiently explained the condition of my wisdom teeth and the precautions I should take when brushing my teeth. The cleaning was completely painless, highly recommended!
One of the best dental clinics I’ve ever been to! The place is spotless, with high standards of hygiene and modern equipment. The staff were caring and attentive, and the dentist was very skilled. Definitely my go-to clinic from now on .
