and the bridge to make it fit but it was a very poor fit. It became lodged and then when it finally was pulled out, the crown fell on the floor and smashed. Instead of taking a new imprint it was simply left as the dentist was in a hurry. I was very specific about my availability and that I could not spend two weeks in Sofia and I had major surgery in the UK in December . Every step I asked for a clear instruction of timings and stages of what would be done. I have chain of 30+ emails but no clear plan. Most emails took at least a week to respond and my final one when the owner kept referring to my changing my mind. (difficult when there was no agreed plan in place) I questioned the 14 crowns in my upper jaw as I only have 11 teeth but this was never addressed and also I had asked for my teeth to be white but this was completely missed so I did not proceed with the crowns. My advice is ensure you do your due diligence before spending time and money here as it may cost you dearly. I have no confidence in the clinic to be able to do this work properly as without giving a patient a clear plan and answering questions about the work and timescale. I wanted to plan to do this work in several visits rather than all in one go over two weeks which is what was expected to do 17 crowns two bridges. 1 extraction and 4 filling replacements but as I have said without the information I had asked for many times from the practice, how can you plan?
