Terrible service. I contacted them, and since it was my first time at the clinic, the receptionist recommended dentist Ana Luiza, which I accepted. I think she recommended me to be a guinea pig, because on the day of my appointment I noticed many things wrong. This dentist seems very inexperienced. Very insecure and clumsy. Furthermore, I got the impression that she doesn't sterilize/sanitize the tools she uses. And in the end, the service was terrible. It was awful.

Publications containing accusations of this nature are extremely unfair to all the professionals who dedicate themselves daily to building and maintaining the quality standard that has transformed our clinic into what it is today. I just left the clinic. I started being seen on a Sunday afternoon by Dr. Joana, who treated me with great care and efficiency, providing the treatment I needed at that moment. Perfect, attentive, and welcoming service, from the initial emergency with Dr. Vitor to the root canal treatment with Dr. Caroline. Both always explained all stages of the treatment in detail and answered all questions. Comfortable and well-located environment.
