I came for a teeth cleaning (tartar removal). The admin team provided excellent service. The dental assistant was polite, the place was clean, and there was a mirror to watch. The dentist was very quick, so quick that I was like, "Is it over already?" Overall, it was great.

I'm impressed every time I come for dental treatment here. The dentist recommends coming every 6 months, and returning patients get a discount, which I really appreciate. They even let me use my social security benefits, and provide receipts and medical certificates for group insurance claims.

pulling the tool out, without any apology or reassurance. While my teeth did become slightly whiter, the overall experience felt unprofessional. Because of this, we don't think we'll be returning to this clinic. I definitely won't go back. The dentist seemed inexperienced. During the scaling, they almost injured my boyfriend's tongue. During my teeth whitening, they pulled the tool out so hard that I developed an ulcer in my mouth. When I said it hurt, the dentist just said it might be because of how she removed the tool. That was it. There was no apology whatsoever. I was very confused. The assistant also seemed inexperienced, repeatedly using the suction device to pull out the saliva, even sucking on my tongue several times. I was very unimpressed and didn't expect the money I spent. I won't be returning.

. During the treatment, water dripped onto my shirt collar, and sand got in my hair. The staff asked if I had ever had an Airflow treatment before. I've never had anything this messy anywhere else. After it was finished, the staff apologized again. The doctor didn't say anything like before, just said, "There's another dental exam scheduled for 6 months." ⸻ It was my first time, and I don’t think I’ll go again. I went for an Airflow cleaning on November 1st. The machine broke down — I knew because the dentist was talking to the staff, saying that the water wasn’t coming out and the sand wasn’t coming out. The staff kept going in and out of the room to fix the problem. The dentist didn’t communicate with me directly about what was happening, and quite a lot of time was wasted. During the procedure, water spilled onto my collar and the sand got stuck in my hair. The staff asked if I had ever done Airflow before. Wherever I've done it, it was never this messy. After it was done, the staff apologized again, but the dentist didn’t say anything as usual — just said, ‘You have another dental check-up in 6 months.
I went in spontaneously for a quick clean and the receptionist staff were super helpful and polite. They booked me in within the hour. The dentist was thorough and spoke excellent English. The result was much better than other dentists that I've visited previously, they took their time as opposed to the usual rushed efforts. Much appreciated and would definitely use this clinic again.
I'm really impressed with Dr. Namtan and the staff. I ruined my veneers at another place, but the doctor and the staff fixed them so well that I could cry.

image of one tooth grew horizontally under the gym. After he finished injecting anesthesia in the gum, he felt that there’s no tooth there because he was looking at the wrong xray file!!!! So yea that’s a very massive mistake. I went through painful procedure and there was no coverage for that…I was kinda letting it slide but please be aware of this mistake that i went through before you guys getting a treatment here :)

According to your records and the X-ray taken during your previous visit, an impacted wisdom tooth was clearly visible in the area related to your symptoms. Since the tooth was not visible in the mouth, it was assumed to still be impacted under the gum. Local anesthesia was then administered to allow for further examination. Upon carefully exploring the area, no impacted tooth was found. A new X-ray was taken and showed that the tooth in question had already been removed. However, our records do not show any extraction of this tooth at our clinic, and we understand you have confirmed that it was not removed elsewhere either. We would like to clarify that the original X-ray used for assessment did belong to you and was from your initial visit when the upper wisdom tooth was extracted. There was no mix-up of patient files. Once it became clear that the source of discomfort was likely gum inflammation, the doctor proceeded with appropriate treatment through scaling and cleaning based on clinical protocol. We understand your frustration and are truly sorry for any stress or discomfort caused. Your feedback is important to us and has been shared internally to further improve our care and communication.
