I went last year, she's kind and polite, and seems to offer great service, however, she could inform people that she charges for estimates, because I was only informed after she spoke with me and charged me $200 for the consultation. Unfortunately, I paid because I didn't know. The charge is correct, but it needs to be mentioned beforehand.
