Very pleasant impressions from the clinic and from the doctors: I liked the thorough and professional approach, modern equipment, friendliness of all the staff. Nothing extra, everything is just to the point. And the cherry on top of all this is a pillow that you can hug during treatment 🤍 I was at the reception of the therapist Alina and the orthodontist Zviad.

They do not provide a treatment plan, they say the prices are in a range. And after the treatment they say the price is 1.5 times higher. I found out in several other dental clinics that a similar procedure costs 100-170 lari, despite the fact that the doctor at a FREE consultation before this provides a treatment plan and indicates a specific cost. Therapist Anna was not careful, she damaged her lip and gums. One of the most expensive clinics in Tbilisi with inadequate service.

We are sincerely sorry that you were left with such emotions after the clinic team provided you with emergency assistance, eliminating the acute pain with which you came to us, and thank God it worked out 🙏 The diagnosis in your case was acute purulent periodontitis of the molar - and professional, high-quality treatment of such a case, in our opinion, definitely cannot cost 100-170 GEL. The treatment of this tooth took 3 visits (the doctor also came out after hours to help) and cost you 650 GEL - this included: unsealing of the root canals, mechanical and medicinal treatment of the canals, new sealing of the canals, strengthening the tooth with fiberglass tape, and restoration of the crown of the tooth. As for the gums, this kind of mini-injuries to the gums occur during work, at the time of installing the cofferdam - an insulating scarf, and usually pass in a few days. The clinic administrator cannot give the exact price for treatment in advance, only the doctor can do this. According to the clinic's price list, the clinic's treatment should have cost 105 GEL more, but you were given a discount personally on the doctor's initiative, at his own expense. As for the free consultation, consultations in our clinic are paid and the administrators tell us about this before the appointment, this allows us to provide a high level of service and medical care in the clinic. d professional. My first appointment was with oral surgeon Giorgi Turava for a consultation about possible gum recession surgery after having worn braces. He had been recommended to me at another clinic. His consultation was thorough and detailed. It cost 50 GEL, and I left with all the information I needed: why surgery isn’t urgent right now, what to monitor, the risks, costs, and recovery process if I choose to go forward later. If you speak Russian, he does too, so there’s no language barrier when it comes to medical terms. I was so pleased with the service that I booked a 50-GEL consultation with their dentist-endodontist Anna Lavrinskaia. She also spoke Russian fluently and gave me a consultation about treating cavities that developed after braces. She recommended to get professional teeth cleaning before addressing anything else. The only strange part for me was that she quoted the highest possible price, saying it would be a very difficult case. This surprised me, since I had my last cleaning just five months ago, and four other clinics I visited afterward strongly disagreed with her assessment, calling it a light case 🤨 The biggest downside for me was that the receptionist didn’t mention in advance that I’d need dental scans. Both the surgeon and the dentist required them during the consultations. In fact, the dentist couldn’t even give me a proper cost estimate without the scans. That meant I’d need to go get one and then return for another paid consultation. Other clinics told me right away that I’d need a scan when I booked and even recommended where to get it and what kind, since different clinics use different software to view them. I decided to move forward with treatment at another clinic.

Scans not recommended by the administrator – you most likely mean X-rays (also known as computed tomography or 3D scanning) – this type of examination cannot be recommended by the administrator, especially in advance. This can only be done by a doctor who has determined that it is truly necessary for a complete diagnosis and effective treatment. The fewer unnecessary X-rays, the better, which is why only a doctor performs this! 2. Regarding professional teeth cleaning – the decision regarding the method used by the doctor for professional oral cleaning is made by the doctor, based on the clinical situation and the maximum benefit for the patient's health. The final cost of the procedure depends on this. The doctor informs the patient of this in advance. 3. Regarding follow-up consultations at the clinic, a follow-up consultation at the Align Clinic with the same doctor is free. If you're referring to a consultation with a different specialist, there's a fee, as it's performed by a different specialist. I felt their professionalism and desire to save the teeth rather than simply extract them and insert new ones, even though that would have been more cost-effective for the clinic. This is definitely a victory for me, as I was suffering with these teeth and couldn't eat properly anymore. Thank you so much to the clinic for all this, I definitely recommend it! 👍🏽 P.S. work was amazing. Complex surgical operation went very easy and well. I didn’t feel post-surgery pain at all. Orthodontist Anna Kitia did prepare the crowns and next installed them.
