Excellent clinic! They treat you with great respect and care. My dentist is great.
At the beginning of the treatment everything was fine. No complaints, but when it came time to remove the orthodontic braces they wanted to charge $200. The worst part is that your plan covers it, and the clinic refuses to perform the procedure. The receptionist has the nerve to reply via WhatsApp that they have the right to accept or not. if you signed and accepted the procedure, then they have no right to refuse; accept and perform it through the plan. I do not recommend them and I will not return.

We would like to inform you that we normally perform orthodontic appliance removal through the health plan, provided the patient has started treatment with us. Otherwise, we cannot perform the procedure. We have already discussed this situation with your health plan, which is aware that we do not perform this procedure in these cases. I've been receiving treatment at the clinic for over 5 years and I highly recommend it. Dr. Alicia is my doctor and she's a sweetheart and a great professional. The service, cleanliness, and location are excellent.
