o não atendia canal pelo plano. Me senti completamente desamparada e todo o processo para conseguir tratar o canal foi bem complicado e traumático, no meu caso, acho que faltou um pouco mais de clareza em explicar os procedimentos e as coisas que poderiam dar errado. Pq se imediato eu soubesse que talvez fosse necessário canal eu teria pelo menos procurado um local que atendesse os dois procedimentos pelo plano. Ou pelo menos teria ciência de valores para fazer o tratamento completo caso fosse necessário. A clínica entrou em contato comigo e se mostrou interessada em entender o que aconteceu.

Good morning, Mary. Unfortunately, we were unable to continue providing services under your dental plan due to their breach of contract with the clinic. In this situation, we were forced to discontinue your services. This was not an arbitrary decision on our part after 20 years of serving all our beneficiaries. We do not perform wisdom tooth extractions through any insurance plan; they are only offered privately. The message you received was sent to all beneficiaries of your plan to inform them that, for the reason explained above, we will no longer be accepting your plan. Out of respect and consideration for our long-time patients and those currently undergoing treatment with us, we offered a discount option for those who chose to continue with us, and those eligible for reimbursement could request it from their insurance provider. We remain at your disposal.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the way we were treated by the clinic. My wife and I underwent several procedures through the Bradesco plan, and one of them was scheduled for her almost two months ago. In this situation, we were forced to discontinue services. This happened in January, which is why we couldn't give you advance notice. This was not an arbitrary decision on our part after 20 years of providing excellent care to all our patients. The message you posted here was sent to all beneficiaries of your plan to inform them that, for the reason explained above, we can no longer provide services under this plan. If there's one company I can recommend without hesitation, it's Alident. I've been a patient for 5 years and I'm treated by the wonderful Dr. Alicia, a highly competent and experienced professional. Today, my whole family is treated at the clinic because of the confidence we have in the procedures and professionals there. I can only express my gratitude.

I called based on a recommendation, asked if they accepted my insurance plan, and they said yes. Two weeks later, the day before my appointment, they came up with the story that they were discontinuing their network and no longer accepted their services.
