I went to get a root canal treatment with this doctor, but she started the treatment incorrectly. The anesthesia didn't work properly, and I went home in more pain than when I arrived. She prescribed some medication, but even with it, I can't sleep, let alone eat anything. Only after she finished the treatment did she tell me that my insurance didn't cover closing the tooth. to pay extra, and she only told me this after she had already worked on my tooth and left it open. She said that no clinic would close the tooth with my insurance, which is a lie because a colleague had her root canal treatment at another clinic with the same dental plan, and besides being very well attended to, the entire procedure was completed. Now, because she only left this temporary filling, another clinic won't accept finishing what she started. Besides being in a lot of pain, I'm left with this open tooth and don't know what to do. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

The initial consultation was excellent, but after the doctor's evaluation, I waited almost a month and a half without any follow-up. I had to call several times to schedule my appointment, until the last time I called, they sent me a WhatsApp message informing me that they wouldn't do it because they didn't accept my insurance for extractions. This shows a lack of respect for the client/patient.…

They could have informed me from the start, as I was told during the consultation that it was an extraction.
