Difficult access for problem resolution. I'm trying to resolve a problem with an implant that didn't turn out well. They protested me even though it was their fault. I stopped paying, they took a year to make the adjustments, and now they won't agree to an amicable resolution, even though I have proof of all the terrible attempts.
