Great visit for a dental hygiene checkup 🦷 The procedure was performed very thoroughly, yet gently and painlessly, which is a huge plus for me. Unfortunately, the visit left a very poor impression on me. The consultation lasted only a few minutes and did not include a thorough diagnosis. Doctor Karolina Kasprzykiewicz did not analyze my X-rays (panoramic or cephalometry), which, in my opinion, should have been the basis before recommending any treatment. e cheaper, even though I had previously been interested in fixed braces. I felt the decision was more sales-driven than medical-driven. Furthermore, the prices presented were inconsistent; the doctor and the assistant quoted different amounts. The recommendation for follow-up visits every two weeks (at a rather high price per visit) was also concerning, which, considering the minor drawback, seems excessive. The whole thing seemed focused on maximizing costs rather than tailoring the treatment to the patient. After this visit, I decided to seek a second opinion, and I recommend this to everyone before deciding on orthodontic treatment.
Ms. Kassandra performed the hygiene treatment very professionally and thoroughly. I am very satisfied. Ms. Kassandra approached the condition of my teeth very comprehensively, providing me with valuable advice.

I've had good experiences with doctors, but it's incredibly irritating that they can try to call two or three times to remind me about an appointment (despite text messages), but no one can call to say the appointment time is off because it's 20 minutes late. This was the third visit in a row where we weren't able to get in even close to our scheduled appointment time.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this place. They're focused solely on profit, and I'm the one who makes the most money. I recommend asking about the cost at every stage, because later at the reception desk, it turns out to be much higher. procedure. I also had a consultation with an orthodontist, and they took my impressions immediately, at an additional cost. I asked the doctor, who said it was included in the consultation price (260 PLN). Then, at the reception desk, they charged me an additional fee for the impressions. The treatment plan called for a four-year treatment, preferably with aligners. I compared this with another orthodontist, who suggested a maximum of 1.5 years, using any method. I recommend being vigilant at every visit and asking about the prices, although the final price may still be different than what was agreed upon with the doctor.

The worst clinic I've ever dealt with... never again. The owner is clearly focused solely on profit, not the quality of the procedures performed or the well-being of the patient. r alleged "bone reconstruction," which – according to subsequent consultations – was neither necessary nor justified at this location. Of course, no one informed me of these additional costs beforehand. In the end, the bill turned out to be much higher than the agreement and the official price list indicated. I tried to explain the situation to the clinic owner, but to no avail – the phone has been silent for over a month, with no response or willingness to resolve the issue. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for the patient. I definitely do not recommend it.

I highly recommend visiting Ms. Kassandra. She's a true professional – the dental cleaning was performed with incredible precision and attention to detail. Importantly, Ms. Kassandra explained what she was doing, which greatly enhanced the comfort of the visit. My teeth look fantastic after the cleaning. I'll definitely be returning regularly!

Great service. I'm impressed, even though I don't like going to the dentist, so I scheduled another appointment. Walk-ins? You can set your watch. I was seen at the exact time I was scheduled. I chose the no-anesthetic option and didn't even feel a thing while the dentist was drilling. Friendly service, both in the chair and at the reception desk.
