The receptionist was warm and kind, which I appreciated. However, it’s equally important to provide customers with accurate information so they can make the right decisions. If a service such as airflow is not available, it shouldn’t be suggested that there is a similar alternative when there really isn’t. The hygienist appointment was especially disappointing. Only a few spots were scaled, with no thorough cleaning at all. The top right quarter of my mouth was rushed through in the final 5 minutes of the session — can you believe that? As a result, I now have to book another appointment elsewhere to redo the job. It’s hard to believe I just had a hygienist appointment last month given the outcome.
