I found them on Google, and we organized everything, and they wonderfully accommodated the very short period I was going to be in Goiânia. They treated me super well. I had a treatment in the first week and whitening, and I was going to get the veneers in the second and last week. On Monday I texted at 7 am asking what time I should be there, they told me 3 pm. I was late, I said no, that they told me to go at 3 pm. So far so good, I arrived there, they apologized and I rushed to finish one treatment and go straight to the veneers. The moment I entered the room, the dentist greeted me and immediately started coughing, but covering her mouth with her hand (normally in healthcare professionals, you cover with the middle of your arm), she then took my hand and I found that very strange. During the conversation she continued coughing and covering with her hand. I didn't see her cleaning or washing her hands before putting on the gloves; it's pointless to touch the surface with dirty hands. Throughout the procedure, she was wearing a mask but coughing and covering her mouth with her gloved hand. She was very attentive and meticulous. At the end, she sat me down, took off her glove, and asked me to smile one last time. Then she saw something to fix, and quickly put her bare hand, without anything on it, in my mouth. Again, I didn't see her wash her hands after all the coughing. Anyway, I had a very long trip planned for that Friday, and I couldn't get sick. I felt like leaving, I could barely say anything, and I wasn't even surprised by the result. I left quickly. The next day I had to go back, but guess what? I got sick and had to buy several medications and vitamins. I texted at 7 AM saying I wasn't coming in, that I wasn't feeling well and hadn't slept at all the night before. At 9 AM they started calling me several times until I woke up and answered. Anyway, I didn't go back there to fix my bite; I'll fix it here myself, even though I paid for all the treatment with them.
