My family and I have gone here for years and we love it! My kids received orthodontic treatment and it turned out great with very receptive and helpful service. All the people that work here are wonderful and very helpful. All around, we couldn’t ask for better care, I highly recommend it.

I am very pleased with my choice of this office. Dr. Aaron Sanchez is very professional, kind, and respectful. He answered all my questions about the procedure I was about to undergo (dental implants). So far, my experience has been very positive. The entire ADC team is also very friendly and provides excellent treatment.
I took my wife to the dentist for a toothache. They diagnosed her problem excellently. The place is very nice and clean, and they are excellent with children and provide excellent customer service.

I strongly do not recommend getting dental implants at this hospital! It was an extremely painful treatment process. I spent nearly ten months undergoing the implant procedure here. If you're considering dental implants, I highly advise against choosing this place. In my case, they had a 50% failure rate! They didn't even perform a proper pre-operative evaluation! h planning. The surgery wasn’t even conducted in a real operating room! One of the implants literally fell out of my bone while I was sleeping at night! They didn’t even realize that a sinus lift was necessary. After the surgery, the wound was excruciatingly painful, and the stitches were done messily and carelessly. Despite my best efforts to keep the area clean, it became repeatedly infected. The whole experience was extremely upsetting. I spent over $20,000 USD, and they still couldn’t figure out why the implant failed! Yet, they continued asking for more money. They refused to refund the failed implant and insisted I keep the treatment with them — but honestly, who would dare to continue under those circumstances? Even the implants that "succeeded" have been uncomfortable and problematic — the screws are exposed, and they don't even offer gum grafting surgery to fix it! I had to postpone my plans and return to my home country to fix their failed work. Now, I've had the failed implant replaced by a new doctor, and the experience was completely different — no pain at all, a small incision, neat stitches, and a quick, smooth recovery. This contrast made me realize the huge difference between skilled and unskilled implant work. According to my current doctor, the failure was due to a dirty surgical environment, improper sterilization of tools, and poor technique, which led to a bacterial infection. That’s why I absolutely do not recommend their dental implant services! Even if their prices seem competitive, it’s not worth the risk! The only reason I gave them one star is for their root canal and basic dental procedures, which were acceptable. But when it comes to implants — stay away.
A nice team of ladies. Helped me get a re-root canal done and a nice, 3D scanned, computer worked up, zirconium crown that fit great. I'm pretty picky and I was really pleased with the fit. I'm just an American traveling who happened to land in El Paso and needed some dental work done and after doing some research I found these guys and they're well reviewed which I can corroborate. Prices were very good compared to America. I went to 3 places for quotes and the further from the border you go the more inexpensive it seems. They were in the middle which is always a good bet. But still like 5-10ish mins from the border. (You don't want the cheapest or the most expensive) So if you're an American wanting some work done I say don't hesitate to work with these guys if you'd like. I had a good experience. Very helpful and kind people working at this clinic. I had an emergency teeth problem with my crown falling off the day before. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman, Alex, who got me an appointment the same day and even pick me up from the bridge to take me to their office. I definitely recommend this clinic for anyone needing dental treatment.
