Exceptional service, everything was done in excellent taste! I received treatment from Dr. Nathália and everything was impeccable!
Worst dental experience of my life! They don't treat patients properly, they "abandon" treatment halfway through, they don't pay attention to anything we say, in addition to ignoring complaints of pain after treatment performed at the clinic and breaking a piece of my tooth.
I've been there a few times, and on January 31st, 2024, I went again for a routine check-up, and I remembered how great the service is. They are super attentive. I recommend them!
Experience 12/18/23. Appointment scheduled for the 18th (proof on WhatsApp), I arrived at 9 o'clock sharp and the receptionist told me it wasn't today. Lack of attention from her. Terrible service and attention. I waited weeks for an appointment, and on the eve of my scheduled appointment they canceled it and asked me to reschedule for a month later. A real disregard for patients. I do not recommend them.

waiting almost 30 minutes beyond my scheduled time, it was almost 10:30 AM, and I was the only one waiting to be seen. When the patient left the office, I was informed to wait a little longer because the dentist was going to see another patient who had just arrived. As I am almost 70 years old and had a scheduled appointment, I found this disrespectful on the part of the professional, so I cancelled the appointment and left.
Excellent experience. Qualified staff who humanize dental treatment. I recommend them. I especially highlight the professionalism and competence of the dental surgeon Nathalia. Extremely pleasant environment. Gratitude to the team! 🙏🏼
