Terrible customer service and very incompetent staff; they just want to squeeze money out of patients by performing tests without asking. if I wanted to file a complaint, I could, as if it were nothing to her. Very unprofessional. I asked for the complaint form from the Generalitat (Catalan government), and they didn't have it either, which is illegal. I requested the test results I had done at this clinic, and we'll see if they give them to me. I'm waiting; I hope they don't trust this company. They replied and told me it was because I arrived 20 minutes late, which is a lie. They didn't notify me the day before that I should arrive on time; they only told me 30 minutes beforehand. I was coming from outside Barcelona, and reception knew it, and even so, they sent me home.

Good afternoon Sonia, We sincerely regret that your experience was so negative and that you consider our service "appalling" simply because we couldn't perform your cleaning on the same day. As we explained at reception, we had notified you the previous day via WhatsApp of the importance of being punctual, as we only had one hygienist available that day, who also had to assist the doctor. You arrived 20 minutes late, and although we wanted to see you, it was impossible to do so without inconveniencing the other patients who were already waiting. Even so, we offered you alternative rescheduling options, but we regret that you declined them. Regarding the complaint forms, we do have them available. The colleague who assisted you simply had to check where they were, as she doesn't usually handle them, but your right to file a complaint was never denied. In fact, you were given your copy correctly, and the complaint was processed according to the official protocol. Regarding your medical records, as we informed you at that time, we will, of course, send them to you and include them with our formal response to your complaint form. We regret that we were ultimately unable to see you that day due to the delay, but we must also ensure respect for other patients and the proper functioning of the medical schedule. Sincerely,

My first visit was excellent, thanks to the receptionists, they deserve a 10, as does Dr. Maria, who was very nice and provided impeccable service. I don't know the name of the person who did my cleaning, but a 10 for her too. I don't usually leave reviews, but they deserve it today. Thank you!!

I've never felt so comfortable in a dental clinic. Everyone was incredibly friendly and smiling; the atmosphere was fantastic, and it was contagious. Affordable prices and great professionals. 100% recommended. From the first to the last dentist who treated me, they were all fantastic.

A fantastic clinic. Years ago, after several consultations, I decided to have my orthodontic treatment with them, and everything went great. Years later, even though I live in another city, I still go to this clinic.

A very professional team. From reception to the medical team (several have visited me). The hygienist (Merce) gave me the best dental cleaning I've ever had. Very thorough and professional! I can't say anything other than EXCELLENT!!!

After radiotherapy and realizing I was going to lose my mouth, Abadén gave me back my smile. I recommend it to everyone. The treatment from all the staff is excellent.
