Since I have been their patient for many years, it gives me great security that Ildikó Deák, with her excellent organizational skills, professional advice, and professionalism (calculus removal, teeth whitening), is the Doctor's reliable right hand. Once, my tooth broke, I called her saying that I didn't want to be in front of others, I would just ask for a prescription for a painkiller and I won't keep it up anymore. "Come." -she replied. Then she said: "I don't want you to go on a weekend in this condition, Doctor wants to see you." I was confused because I was after the last patient on Friday. After the X-ray, the Doctor immediately started the root canal treatment. After working hours... This saved me from a painful weekend. My sincere thanks to the Doctor for his quick help and ILdikó's human kindness! I can't go again yet because of my work, but I will happily use your wonderful work as soon as possible. Anyway, finally she pulled it out after a good 20minutes(!) and when it was paying time i was told there is no card reader here!!! Of course another surprise when the price of the procedure changed during the procedure(?!). There is no consultation and discussion of pricing which is again unprofessional. The price shot up from 11000 to 18000 and of course she added on two extras, 2x xray for 2000 each and a sutures for 4000. I was paying 26000huf (~80gbp) and i have no idea why anybody expects me to go around with that much money, also everybody knows in hungary cash withdrawal is not free, you pay a percentage charge. Anyways, i was pretty damn disappointed, those five star reviews must be from fake. Beware. 2018.03.25.
