clinical case. Fast and adequate response, absolutely tailored to my capabilities, taking into account the difficulties associated with my trip from abroad. The problem was resolved in the shortest possible time with the end result of 28 zirconium crowns and a complete transformation of the smile, bite, etc. I would not replace the clinic, despite the distance of thousands of kilometers from the French Riviera, where I live. I highly recommend it!
I corresponded by email with one of the dentists for four months (10 emails) regarding dental treatment. He confirmed the appointment several times, but on the day I arrived, it wasn't registered in the schedule. I was asked to wait over an hour for another appointment. I traveled all the way from France to Sofia specifically for my treatment. This is outrageous and completely unprofessional.…

The dentist didn't even send me an email to apologize. Nothing! Furthermore, the receptionist doesn't speak a word of English. If you're coming from abroad, my advice is to avoid this clinic at all costs! It's unacceptable.

I am super happy with Dr. Daov's work - he saved a wisdom tooth that all the other dentists I went to had written off and wanted to pull out. Now the tooth is back in place and healthy again :) overall I like the motto that "a tooth is only pulled out in extreme cases"
Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly team, but the whitening I underwent did not meet my expectations. I achieved a ton of whiter teeth, and I expected more from the procedure!
