I had an onlay procedure done at 360Dental in January–February 2025, performed by Dr. Boglarka Kenyeres. Unfortunately, the procedure led to persistent and excessive bleeding in the gum around the treated tooth. I was unable to floss or clean the area properly despite trying multiple times. e problem by working on the onlay again (including some drilling). To my surprise, I was charged 5,000 HUF for this follow-up. I find this charge unfair, as the bleeding clearly started after the onlay procedure and only resolved after they corrected their work. The issue was evidently related to the onlay itself, and I believe it should have been fixed without an additional cost. To me, this was a clear case of the clinic correcting their own mistake, and I believe this should have been done without an additional charge. While they mentioned a discount, the fact remains that I was charged for fixing something that should have been right in the first place. That’s disappointing and not what I would expect from professional dental care. While the overall process wasn’t bad (though certainly not cheap), I won’t be returning—and I can’t recommend a place that doesn’t take responsibility for its own mistakes or shows little respect for its patients.

I visited Dr. Zoltán Gaál, a dentist, and I heard that he is reliable and treats all kinds of patients well. I am generally not very comfortable lying in the dentist's chair, but he relieved my anxiety very effectively. In addition, he did a professional job, I am very satisfied! I have been going to Dr. Zsombor Bedő since the beginning of the year, I have had several treatments since then and I am completely satisfied. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The treatments are professional, I did not feel any pain at all. The doctor answers all questions clearly and professionally.

Dr. Bognar Virag was very professional. I had a crown placed, two white fillings done, and a tartar removal. The doctor speaks English. I would recommend her to anyone who needs dental care in Budapest. The prices aren't low, but they're lower than in Israel, and the service is gentle!

I arrived with a Bonus Brigade coupon, I quickly got an appointment for the next day. A mini room on the ground floor, an assistant greeted me, quick paperwork and they called me in.
