Terrible experience. It's been a month but I felt it was right to share and point it out. I made an appointment for acute toothache, I arrived and that's where it started. she started very unpleasantly saying what could hurt me.. to make it short, unpleasant, she touched me even when I asked her not to do it, she laughed at me that what could hurt me, she went in force, I literally cried from the pain. I left with even more pain and subsequently problems, she called me names very inappropriately and overall her attitude towards me was as if I was unworthy. She charged me for many items and things that didn't even happen. Conclusion? I left with worse pain, angry, robbed of a large portion of money for things I didn't get. She wasn't just unpleasant to me but to everyone, both other employees and patients. I hope she doesn't work there anymore.

The person you describe in the review has never worked for us, and our medical facility has never had a doctor who did not speak Slovak. The review contains several inaccuracies and claims that are not supported by any real visit to our facility. very bad...they don't warn you in advance how much it will cost...I paid 300 for cleaning the canals!!! without warning...if you didn't have that much I don't know what they would do...and they said they wouldn't clean one more canal so either my dentist will finish it or I can go back...never in my life, not even if I were dying

too late for me, after the emergency they offered me Saturday afternoon, but unfortunately that is not possible on my part. I am disappointed with this approach.... So I will not get dental hygiene at Dental 24 before my dental appointment, even though it is only a week away. So I have to look elsewhere and due to the short time, expect higher costs. And especially the loss of time and calling for a new appointment elsewhere! (I really have other things to do) A pro-client solution in my approach would be to make the appointment even if I am accepted outside the queue, especially if I make it before the appointment and the client is treated and satisfied despite the cancellation of the original appointment. After this experience, I will of course not recommend dental 24.

The dental hygiene appointment was canceled due to a sudden and urgent personnel situation that we were objectively unable to influence in advance. Our dental hygienist does not work daily and we do not state or guarantee this fact anywhere. Unfortunately, we did not have a replacement available at that time who would be able to physically perform the hygiene. As soon as possible, we contacted you and tried to find the nearest available appointment, which we offered you. We understand that from your point of view, it may no longer be convenient in terms of time, but at that moment it was the earliest realistic solution that we could provide. We sincerely regret that we were unable to meet your expectations this time. However, we assure you that we handled the situation promptly, with maximum effort and respect, and not out of indifference or lack of interest in the patient. Unfortunately, even in healthcare, unpredictable human circumstances sometimes arise that cannot be resolved immediately "at any cost". The equipment was ok, but with today's competition, he did not give glasses or even let the child rinse his mouth. The dental assistant forgot about it too. Let us first apologize for any feeling of uncertainty that may have arisen during your visit to our emergency department. We would like to set the professional facts straight. The treating doctor is a fully qualified dentist with a properly completed university education and professional competence. Your child's primary tooth was in the stage of physiological resorption, in connection with the replacement of the dentition, and there was acute inflammation of the dental pulp and tissues under the tooth (professionally periradiculitis), which was the cause of significant pain. Given the ongoing root resorption and the proximity of the permanent tooth germ, neither full-fledged endodontic treatment nor leaving the tooth open for a long time was appropriate from a professional point of view. Such a procedure could increase the risk of spreading the infection and potentially jeopardize the development of the permanent tooth. For this reason, the doctor recommended extraction as the safest emergency procedure. During the treatment, the tooth was treated and rinsed with a disinfectant solution, while the procedure was deliberately gentle and limited, which was explained to the parents. A temporary drainage medicated pad (cotton swab) was left in the tooth in order to allow the inflammation to drain and alleviate acute discomfort. At the explicit request of the parents, a conservative temporary solution was finally chosen, the aim of which was to immediately relieve the child from pain and recommend a follow-up check-up with a pedodontist. Even though this procedure was not an optimal solution from a medical point of view, the parents' wish was granted. All proposed options, instructions and the performed procedure are properly recorded in the medical documentation. At the same time, we confirm that we treat pediatric patients from the age of 6 and in this case, too, the care was provided in accordance with this focus and within the capabilities of the emergency service. We are pleased that your child's pain has been relieved, and thank you for contacting us even on a public holiday. In light of the above, we would like to respectfully ask you to consider reconsidering your review, as we believe that the care provided was appropriate, professional, and conducted in the best interest of the patient. 24Dental Team
I want to thank you very much for the treatment of my uncooperative little daughter. The doctor and the nurse were kind and patient. Finally someone who knows how to work with children. They helped my little one and me a lot during the holidays because our dentist is on vacation. I wish every dentist had such patience and approach to the smallest patients who are the most afraid. Thank you very much for today's procedure. I had a lot of swelling. They took it without waiting, X-ray, clear diagnosis. They pulled the tooth out with anesthesia. Not even 15 minutes. I also got antibiotics. Very pleasant staff, professional doctor.
