I attended this practice for a routine check-up and unfortunately left feeling very unsupported and without clear clinical direction. I presented with ongoing sinus pressure on the side of a previously root-treated upper molar and was hoping for a thorough assessment and guidance on next steps. An X-ray was taken, however the image shown did not appear to capture the tooth roots or the surrounding area relevant to my symptoms, so I am unsure how this ruled out a dental cause. I was then advised to personally locate the dentist who carried out the original root canal treatment because the practice no longer has access to the referral information due to a system change. I found this concerning, as I would have expected some form of clinical advice, referral pathway, or alternative solution rather than being asked to resolve this myself. Similarly, when discussing a separate tooth that requires a crown, I was told to decide in my own time whether I wanted the treatment and to inform reception if I wished to book. I did not receive an explanation of the clinical urgency, risks of delaying, or the recommended course of action, which made it difficult to make an informed decision about my care. Overall, I left the appointment without: a clear assessment of my symptoms an appropriate imaging plan or referral guidance on the priority of recommended treatment This experience felt more administrative than clinical and did not provide the level of professional support and patient care I would expect when attending for a dental examination. I would welcome the opportunity for a more thorough review of my concerns and clearer advice on the appropriate next steps.

Iโ€™m leaving this practice, which is unfortunate because the dentists and hygienists are friendly and provide excellent care. However, the front desk staff have consistently been rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to remain a patient. Unfortunately, Iโ€™ve decided to switch practices because dealing with the receptionists for appointments and follow-ups has become too frustrating.

Knights in shining armour at a time when all other practices were simply trying to eek out every pound. I desperately needed support to deal with a dental emergency and nothing was too much bother for Westminster House. The appointment was on time. Everything was dealt with efficiently. Very much indebted to them for their support. Thank you

Always so well looked after by Christian and the team. Would probably be odd to say I look forward to my visits but I certainly donโ€™t dread them as Christian goes out of his way to put me at my ease and always does a great job. Highly recommend
