I'm currently getting ceramic braces at Viet Bi Dental Clinic, and my experience here has been great. The staff, doctors, and receptionists are very helpful and supportive. The clinic is conveniently located near the center of Cau Giay.
My sister's orthodontic treatment went wrong, causing her entire set of teeth to become protruding, and the clinic has been stalling, refusing to offer compensation or a solution. The procedure was performed by Dr. Hang, who is incompetent and has a terrible attitude towards patients.
