painful and slightly swollen. The second time I went, it was a different doctor named Hiep; the nurse in charge didn't mention or inform me that it was a different doctor. The surgical method was completely different. About two hours after the extraction, at one point, all the anesthetic wore off immediately, and it hurt so much that I burst into tears in the middle of the street. After 2-3 days, my tooth swelled up very, very badly, my face was crooked, and it was very painful. I had to go back for a check-up, and the doctor said that because the sutures were too tight, the fluid couldn't drain. In short, the second extraction caused my surgical site to become inflamed and infected, and it was very painful to have it squeezed out. I messaged them, and the person in charge messaged me to come over for cleaning and a check-up, but I've never received an apology from the clinic! I didn't really feel the machine working; to me, it felt just like a normal manual extraction. I made an appointment and just waited as usual, so I don't understand the purpose of making an appointment. I haven't had orthodontic treatment yet, but Dr. Duc's treatment plan so far seems reasonable and I haven't had any problems. In short, I think it's fine for orthodontic treatment, but for other services, especially tooth extraction, I wouldn't recommend this place, or you should choose a different doctor.
