We want to inform about this Dental clinic. Also was told that just consultation is FOC. And we decided to put Veneers. But besides Veneer cost there are a lot of other hidden cost like 3D xray, AI analysis, 3D scan etc. Each procedure is not cheap $50-100, also just quick little drilling each tooth for preparation around 5 min each charge $20. And the above drilling was done without any pre-notification that teeth will look quite ugly and should have such ugly situation next 4-5 months. After we purchase Aligner from this clinic, never remind or prepare next step aligner if we not call and inform the clinic. Also the result promissed from wearing aligners is much different from what been told. This clinic try to make big show with nice photo and nice presentation and technology, and when it comes to real execution it is quite different. Also appointment time doctor even not yet arrived and still on the way long time. Just wasted much money for aligner and other cost and shift to other clinic.

I booked an appointment for free consultation and they booked me in for it. I made it clear that I am interested about the braces and I only want to find out pricing and plan only. I have the X-ray done a month ago and confirmed me dentist can use it since its recent. They agreed and booked me in for 4:30. I got there sharp at 4:30pm and they had me wait until 5:30pm. Now they finally took me in at 5:30 and had me waited another 10 minutes on the treatment chair. I finally running out of patience so asked the assistance girl Is the doctor okay? She then apologized and went running calling for doctor. The doctor came in eventually and consulted with me in very friendly manner and quite conclusive overall. I showed my own X-ray 3D to dentist to look at consulted about the Grand braces options 10 minutes after. At the reception, the short girl with the glasses came down and charged me 70,000 Kyats for consultation fee. Then I said I literally came here to ask about the braces options Grand offer and you charged me simply just consulting about the services Grand provide? Its not free information client can receive to find out the invisible treatment plans? I paid them and then I realized that I booked in for free consultation so I confronted by calling them Why was I charged for? I booked in for free consultation only and why is that Grand charge for finding out about their own service they provide? This is such a horrible way to leave impressions on potential clients. Not only that they wasted an hour of my time waiting but they also charged me 70,000 Kyats for information about invisiblelign treatment they provide. In conclusion, I highly do not suggest this place for treatment because they scamming people said one thing and does another. It’s the place where they rob your money and waste your time in waiting in the waiting room!
