The Dentists - Tauranga

I walked into The Dentists Otumoetai petrified due to a very traumatic past experience with a dentist. Dr Bodon Li and his wonderful nurse Avalon made me so comfortable that it was a pleasurable experience full of laughs and care and a new white smile. I highly recommend The Dentists to all!! Amazing team who got my daughter in to have 2 teeth extracted. She is a bit of an introvert but even when she was late due to a mix up and she was anxious about the appointment the staff made her feel relaxed and welcome. She said they were all so nice from office manager, to the dental assistant and dentist that she looks forward to going back again.. not something someone says about going to the dentist. Well done team.

This entire team take pride in what they do! I'm super impressed with their professionalism, and going over and above what they need to do. I went in for a hygienist clean, and they offered me some extra pieces of info for self checks at home, even a wee mirror. Things like that make me happy to call these guys my go-to for any teeth troubles. I trust they know their stuff, and they do what is best for me and my teeth. The front desk ladies are friendly and great follow up calls, and reminder texts / calls. Quick turn around, and reasonably priced. A+++

If you are looking for a dentist with knowledge, empathy and efficiency then this is your place. Much more affordable than I expected but best of all, a great experience. Wonderful staff from first phonecall. Glad I chose The Dentists.

Going to the dentist is not my most favoured thing to do but, from the front office to getting the job done, they are amazing. I totally recommend them
