Went to TGM Dental for a check up and teeth cleaning. Cleaning was done in a very professional way by the dental hygienist. She also took an X-Ray to determine work that needs to be done. I made an appointment for the following day for 8 dental bonding. The procedure was explained to me prior, and took a little over two hours to complete, and I was very happy with the result. I had a very unpleasant experience at TGM. I went in for a hygienist appointment and was met with excessive water from the drill. Despite telling the hygienist multiple times that it was too much, the situation didn’t improve. I ended up choking and almost vomiting due to the amount of water. necessary to perform the procedure slowly and thoroughly, but it was overwhelming and traumatic for me. With my regular hygienist back home, I’ve never experienced anything like this - there is never excessive water, and the appointments are much more comfortable. The only positive was that they fixed my retainer. I appreciated that they allowed me to leave without paying and followed up by WhatsApp apologising, but I did not want to continue the appointment due to the stress

Friendly service in English, prices are fair, the (lady) staff is great. The doc was very gentle and took care of me nicely with the happy staff.
I had a great experience with this practice. Everyone, from the reception to the dentist, was very friendly and professional. It was nice that they had a good translator/interpreter who could explain everything in detail! This practice is definitely recommended for a short dental visit during your vacation.
Awesome work done! My retainer broke so went in the next day which was a good excuse to as I needed a couple of cavities filled and a clean. Very friendly staff, very professional and got an appointment the same day. They were up front and honest about pricing and what was needed and they did everything within about 2 hours, including the mould of my teeth done to get my retainer put in 2 days…
