I guess you get what you pay for. I paid about €8 (250,000) for a dental cleaning, so I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, but it also wasn’t as thorough as I hoped. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone - if you’re an expat visiting or long term resident - this is an excellent choice. Additionally, for retirees living on a budget- it’s affordable. You can also book your appointments online if you can’t get through via phone call. English is well spoken with excellent communication. I’m extremely happy with the outcome of my appointment today. Retirement is the time we can relax long for traveling and enjoying more differrent things but absolutely none is happy to be able to do if we have any discomfort with teeth. Hopefully, everyone espeically with a small pension but much affordable to many people retired in the world can come for at least check-up, cleaning or few other dental work to maintain to live better. gum grafting (and then a 6 month wait for the implant base to become secure to allow for the crowns to be fixed on top) carried out by the head of the implant team Doctor Viet, Doctor Minh Anh, Doctor Tin, Nurses Sinh and Hoa. A selection of crowns and veneers were expertly fitted to all our existing teeth by the Dental master himself, Dr Tin with a lot of help and comforting words (for me) from Nurse Hoa and Nurse Ly. We are both ecstatic with the results so far. The crowns and veneers immediately felt like they were our own teeth. The team at TGM were gentle and caring with everything they did. Their high level of consideration and empathy was greatly appreciated. A full treatment plan was drawn up by the Receptionist, Chau, ( with endless glasses of water and smiles in endless supply from Miss My, pronounced Me) outlying all the steps they recommended taking. Everything was explained and discussed carefully and clearly. We were even given medication packs after the surgery to ensure everything would heal with as little pain as possible and without infection. We honestly couldn't praise everyone there highly enough for their expertise, care and professionalism. We were getting messages, in the evenings, after procedures from both Miss Chau and the Director Minh Huong, checking to see if we were okay. I can't imagine that happening in Australia. We now feel we have a whole new Dental family in Da Nang. Thank you so much to the team at TGM Dental.

I came in becsue my back tooth was in pain, they took an x ray and found that I have an infection. Because I was not in excruciating pain, they didn't think I needed a root canal, so they prescribed me some medicine and painkillers. he prevalent prices for work in the UK. * I say almost, as there was more they wanted to do, but rather than charge me, make money and hope...they cautioned me that as I was leaving in a few days that they wanted to be sure that I would be okay, and recommended not doing it there and then. That is the epitome of customer care vs chasing cash. I needed a follow up letter for my UK insurance company. It took a short while but was very detailed and satisfied them. Two things: rock up, but recommend booking from the UK if you know what you might roughly need to ensure you get all you need done. I didn't need to, but don't miss out. The care and service is comparable or better than many UK dentists I have been to. The second: The dentist are super nice, and very kind and shout out to Chau the office manager. Perfect English, endless patience and made the whole process super pleasant.

e orthodontist (with the addition of replacing the upper retainer at the same time, since it had been in for 10 years – meaning €1000). The team here in Vietnam has proven to be the gold standard. The dentist examined my retainer closely and, to my great surprise, determined that it was still perfectly fine and didn't require an expensive replacement. Instead, he simply re-bonded it quickly, carefully, and professionally! Ultimate integrity: Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary, expensive services, the dentist acted honestly and did only what was absolutely necessary. This is integrity you rarely find. Efficiency and expertise: The entire treatment (teeth cleaning plus rebonding of the retainer) took only about an hour. Unbeatable value: The total price of only 550,000 VND (a fraction of the cost in Europe) is simply incredible. This practice embodies the exact opposite of "making a quick buck." I felt incredibly well-advised and treated like a person. I have never experienced such humane, honest, and fair treatment in all my years of dental care. About the retainer, if you have to do the new one it costs only 53 Euro (including taking impression and retainer with labor cost from the beginning to the final step of delivery within the same day or latest next day), same quality and imported materials for European standard thanks to our cheap labor cost. So please feel free to come and do in case you need a new one in the future. I had a difficult case with apical periodontitis that couldn’t be treated, so the only way to urgently stop the infection was to pull out the tooth. I had such a great experience at TGM Dental! It was recommended to me by another traveller, and I’m so glad I went. I had my teeth cleaned and polished—the staff were incredibly thorough, professional, and everything felt very clean and sterile.
I had a chipped tooth and walked in and was finished in about an hour. The consultation wae free and my cost was around $20usd. They were profession and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of services.
