I consulted Teras Dental due to long-standing dental problems. First, I had my root canal treatment done there, and I was extremely satisfied with the process. During the treatment, both the doctors' attentiveness and the clinic's hygienic and comfortable environment made me feel very comfortable. Also, my wisdom teeth had already erupted, but they were misshapen. I wanted to start clear aligner treatment and I scheduled an appointment for that. The treatment will last approximately 6 months. I had seen other doctors, and most recommended extracting all my wisdom teeth. However, when I spoke with Dr. Şenol at Teras Dental, he said that extracting only one would be sufficient. This approach impressed me greatly because he aims for the most efficient result with minimal intervention, avoiding unnecessary procedures. He truly has a holistic approach to treatment and prioritizes the patient's comfort. During the treatment, I met someone in the waiting area; he had implants done at Teras Dental about 10 years ago and is still using them without any problems. This was living proof for me of the high-quality and long-lasting work the clinic does. In short, it is an extremely reliable, professional, and high-quality clinic in terms of the doctors' expertise, the technologies used, and the approach taken. You can trust the entire team, especially Dr. Şenol, with complete peace of mind.

I applied to Teras Dental for impacted tooth surgery and had it performed by Dr. Şenol Alkan. He provided detailed information before the procedure and managed the process very professionally and meticulously. Years ago, I went to Dr. Şenol because of extreme sensitivity, and back then, when not everyone could do it, he performed veneers on me. I was very pleased, and now he's performing implants on another tooth, and I go to him with confidence. I'm so glad you exist...

My case was not straightforward. However Dr Senol took great care in dealing with any issues that arose. Great dentist. Great man.

Mr. Şenol, Ms. Ayşe called you from Germany, asking you to replace the veneers she had fitted 12 years ago. She also requested veneers for her front teeth. You quoted her €2500 over the phone, and she booked a ticket to see you. You told her the upper veneers were fine and suggested you could replace them with veneers for the six lower teeth, cleaning the upper ones. You then fitted six lower teeth for €2000, even offering to do so. Ms. Ayşe requested thin, straight teeth of the same color and quality as the upper veneers. (Why are you blaming your patient here? Do you blame all your patients when they complain?) Ms. Ayşe also told you, "Mr. Şenol, I'm happy with the upper veneers," explaining that's why she came to you after 12 years. After fitting the teeth, you showed her a mirror, and she pointed out that because there was a difference in color, the teeth were two thicker. She said she didn't like it because of the color, but you insisted otherwise. When your patient contacted you, you didn't believe she was in pain and even told her to get root canal treatment or pursue legal action, which is unbecoming of a doctor. You said that no refund would be given to Ms. Ayşe, and when she asked for the invoice, you said that if you gave her the invoice, she would be indebted. You haven't sent the invoice to Ms. Ayşe to this day, and you even wrote here that she can come and get it. Do you expect Ms. Ayşe to pay you so much, buy a plane ticket, and come from Frankfurt to Izmir to get the invoice from you? She wrote to you several times asking you to send it by email, but neither you nor your secretary responded. She sent you numerous warnings via WhatsApp and email. By the way, why did you make the upper veneers A1 color and the lower veneers A2 and A1 color? Her lower teeth are bright yellow. As a dentist, are you giving a young woman bright yellow lower teeth? When she smiles, the underlying yellowish tint is visible. Moreover, because it's very thick and yellow, it makes it look even thicker. Mr. Şenol, you have a communication deficiency with your patient, that's one thing, and you're not standing behind your mistake. If you had said to Ms. Ayşe, "Come in, let's make you a new tooth, let's see where your pain is coming from," and if you had answered her questions and requested an invoice correctly, without offending or belittling her, none of this would have happened. Ms. Ayşe hasn't even received the €1800 invoice she paid you yet. You cut off contact with her after you fitted the veneers, and your secretary writing that she "withdrew" is frankly ridiculous to me. You won't be angry when you hear the truth from Google later. I think you should first evaluate how you speak to your patients. Good evening, Mr. Şenol.

I wouldn't recommend him to anyone; he's a doctor to absolutely avoid. I paid €1800 for 6 veneers on November 20, 2023, and when I contacted him because of my pain, he told me to "go get root canal treatment." The teeth were made too thickly and there's a discoloration. He wouldn't accept this, and he wouldn't even give me an invoice, saying, "If I give you an invoice, you'll be indebted." After giving the money to the secretary, you can't reach him anymore; he just sends one last message saying he's withdrawn. I absolutely do not recommend him. Should I regret the plane tickets, the hotel, or the pain in my teeth? I do not forgive Dr. Şenol Alkan. It cost me €3000 for 6 veneers, and they weren't even zirconia. Furthermore, I later learned that invoices weren't issued to all patients traveling from Europe, and many were dissatisfied. Unfortunately, even one star is too much; it traumatized my teeth, and I can't even touch cold things. It's truly a shame; that €1800 won't make you rich, but you'll always remain poor in terms of humanity. I definitely do not recommend it.
