Terrible experience. Initially, the service is very good, especially until the moment of payment. However, after that, the treatment changes completely. I accompanied my mother during an appointment and we waited for a long time, without organization and without due care. In addition, the service left much to be desired, with errors that should not happen. Unfriendly, I do not recommend, unfortunately very dissatisfied.

The service is TERRIBLE. Besides constantly changing dentists, the service is a complete joke! Arrogant and incompetent people who act personally and are sarcastic when speaking!

I received excellent service in every aspect here at the clinic, from the reception to all the dentists I saw. I will continue having my implant cleanings done here. I recommend the doctor who cleaned my implant; she saw some errors in my prosthesis and corrected the screws. Congratulations, Smile Yes Blumenau!

The clinic closed and left everyone without treatment; they were paid in advance for the treatments, give me my money back. Today it happened here in Alvorada, tomorrow it will happen in your city.

I was already a patient, but I hated the receptionist's service. I wanted to have a procedure done, and she didn't even bother to look at me, responding with mockery and dismissiveness, as if one more or one less patient in the clinic made no difference.

The service was excellent, couldn't have been better. The doctor explained everything about my implants; I had them done at another clinic and now I'm going to have the prosthesis replaced here. Excellent service, congratulations!

Terrible clinic, I'm referring to all the branches in this chain. They lost my file, did a shoddy cleaning job, I don't recommend them.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Sorria Sim Clinic, on Rua 15 de Novembro in Blumenau, was extremely frustrating and disappointing from the very first appointment. Right from the first consultation, the price charged for the evaluation was absurd, far above what is charged in other clinics. Two months later, they sent me a message saying they had a new, more affordable price, which confirmed my feeling of a lack of transparency from the beginning. Even with the reduced price, the service remained terrible. On the day scheduled for the placement of the braces, I still questioned whether it would be necessary to have a panoramic x-ray done beforehand, and they assured me that it wasn't. I trusted their advice and went straight to the appointment with the orthodontist. However, upon arrival, the dentist informed me that yes, I would need the x-ray before proceeding with the procedure. In other words, I wasted my time due to poor advice. I had the x-ray done the next morning and returned in the afternoon to finally get the braces. They scheduled it for 6:45 PM, knowing that I would be leaving work at 6:30 PM and might be a few minutes late. They assured me there would be no problem, as the clinic was open until 7 PM. I arrived 10 minutes before 7 PM and was surprised by the dentist's complete lack of professionalism: extremely rude, arrogant, and mocking, she said she wouldn't see me because she had an appointment. She grabbed her bag and chatted calmly in the reception area, discussing prices and payments with the receptionists, while I waited, without any respect. Even though she had enough time to see me, she chose to completely ignore me. It was a humiliating situation. After this episode, they rescheduled the braces fitting with another professional, who was more careful and helpful—something that, honestly, should be the bare minimum. However, the clinic's disorganization continued. At the following month's maintenance appointment, I was seen by a novice dentist who didn't even know my history. She said that "she was only there to learn about my case" and wanted to reschedule my maintenance appointment, as if I had plenty of free time. She also said that a bracket had come loose and that I would have to pay R$ 50 to redo it, an amount that was never mentioned before, even though I was already paying for monthly maintenance. An unpleasant surprise, poorly explained and unfair. In addition, there is no contract whatsoever, no kind of support or clarity about the services provided. The client is left completely helpless, at the mercy of disjointed service, unprepared professionals and a chaotic internal organization. There is no commitment to the well-being or time of people. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I felt disrespected several times and extremely frustrated with the whole experience. There are many other clinics in Blumenau with more ethical, organized and humane service. Clínica Sorria Sim is far from that.
