Somosot Dental Cebu (Dental Clinic)

I want to make others aware of my horrible experience at this location. I was taking my gf to get work done. When I added the total of everything that would need to be done. It came to $18,000 php. My gf was called into the dental office to start the work. While they were beginning I ask one of the dentist "before you start any work. Can you let me know what the total would be?" She told me "yes after we are done." Now that respond shocked me. Imagine having a plumber come to your house to fix something and you ask him for the total cost of the work that will be done and he says "I will tell you after I am done with the job." Can you imagine how insane that would be? Well that's what they did. I told her "get my gf because we are leaving." She went back inside and instead of getting my gf she starts doing work on her anyways. Now I am not only shocked but upset. I tell everyone there that I am upset and the reason why. Now they give me a total that is $21,500 php and 11,000 php upfront. Higher than the $18,000 php total. I told them "is the $21,500 php the total for all the work that needs to be done?" They say "yes." Since they already started working on my gf I allow them to continue. They finished and ended up charging me $500 php more and wanted to charge me another $3,500 php that was not included in the $21,500 php that went up from the original total of $18,000 php. They are either crooks or they are completely incompetent. Either way you I urge anyone to stay far far away from this place.

Service was okay, cleaning was done well. But the staff made me feel very uncomfortable. They kept talking to each other, which is fine, but they were talking about other patients. Laughing and saying that the previous patient was squirming too much. Just a bad experience overall.

I’ve been here in Somosot for almost 2 years and I can say that this is the best dental clinic I ever had. Staffs and the dentist itself were friendly and I love how their clinic’s always neat jud hehe. Thank you Somosot!

Medical Personnel was very accommodating in terms of letting me understand the procedures and how we can move forward with restoring my teeth, prices are affordable. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been with Somosot Dental Clinic since 2022 and the quality of care has been consitently excellent. First, with Doc Jared and now, with Doc Eyan. Both are excellent in their respective fields. Very skilled, professional, and genuinely friendly. The staff also deserves praise for being accommodating, courteous, and helpful every visit. The staff is warm, attentive, and makes every visit comfortable. Truly a clinic you can trust. Highly recommended!

The staffs here are really thoughtful and they are one of the best dental clinics ever, helping me to maintain a healthy and clean teeth.

very disappointing & no regard for time of customers. consistently poor time management. book at 4pm and expect to wait until 6pm. 1-2 hrs delay every single time. they will give excuses but will not adjust & would rather make customers wait for hours to maximize profits. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The assistants and dentists are very accommodating. Cebu and Tubigon clinic branches. Very patient even though the patient is from Tubigon, they accommodate him in the Cebu branch. He replies to inquiries right away and schedules appointments. The clinic is comfortable in both branches. 💙💙💙🦷 …
