Been there several times. Overpriced, some doctors are unprofessional. Other doctors are great and their services worth those money, but you'll never know who is who until you try and probably waste your money

Had a teeth cleaning done today. Everything was excellent! Thanks to the doctor and her assistant :)

I thank Ivan for the implant and crown placement. Everything went smoothly and painlessly. Ivan was attentive and polite. He answered all my questions, even messages on Telegram. I recommend Ivan for implant and crown placement.

The consultation cost 40 lari (the diagnosis was incorrect), and an x-ray of one tooth cost 50 lari. The consultation fee is deducted from the dental treatment fee. They misdiagnosed me and wanted to open two teeth, otherwise the only option was to extract them. I ended up going to another clinic and they told me to observe for now; the problem was just with my gums. I've had no further problems with the tooth.

I've always gone to this clinic and recommended it to friends, but it looks like our paths will now diverge due to the poor management and inability to communicate important information to patients. I made an appointment for a severe toothache with the first available doctor, not my own. They scheduled an appointment for late evening. I mentioned at the time of booking that I had insurance. The receptionist assured me they were my insurance provider and I didn't need to do anything. I ended up going there just because they couldn't do a CT scan and sent me home for two days under anesthesia. I came a second time, and they did a CT scan and said I probably needed to have the nerve removed. After they'd administered the anesthesia and were starting to open the tooth, the receptionist came and said they couldn't provide anything for insurance and that they weren't a provider, so why did I assume that? The treatment cost 400 GEL, and naturally, I asked the receptionist to call my insurance company so they could explain what documents I needed. There, they explained all the details to her, calmed me down, and sat me back in the chair. They opened the tooth, and the doctor suggested not removing the nerve but instead inserting medication because there was a chance of saving it. I agreed. Let me remind you that we were still talking about acute pain, and no one ever told me that it wasn't considered acute. On the third visit, the doctor convinced me that the nerve was fine, that I could just get a filling and move on with my life. I agreed. The doctor promised to prepare all the necessary documents, according to Form 100, taking into account the acute pain (again, no one told me it wasn't acute). The treatment cost about 200 lari, but I still asked for the paperwork. The administrator promised to send everything on WhatsApp. In the end, the paperwork wasn't completed as promised (they even hinted that I was trying to trick them into deceiving the insurance company). They didn't send the entire package, and I had to literally persuade them to do their job. I don't understand why all my previous visits to this clinic have left only positive emotions, but this time I'm faced with gaslighting, negligence, and accusations? It's up to you to decide whether to go to this clinic, but I'll be looking elsewhere.

While on vacation, I have visited the clinic with my little son for teeth cleaning. I was amazed by professional doctors and welcoming staff. Would highly recommend!

Yesterday I visited Solo Dental Clinic for a check-up as a got a sudden toothache. After 15 minutes of arrival I received a 3D CT scan and an examination with the result that an extraction was recommend. I got scheduled for this a few hours later. Everybody was kind and polite and above all very professional! Special thanks to surgeon Avdantil Dardanigze and his team. Excellent!

Dr. Nino and her staff are AMAZING! I went in suspecting an abscess forming on a tooth which had previously had 2 root canals. They took an incredible 3D x-ray where we could look at the tooth from all angles and they determined I had a large pocket of infection in the bone above that tooth. The doctor recommended I wait until I was home to extract it or attempt another root canal as working on it could inflame the issue and I did not have enough time to address it before I flew. She prescribed my antibiotics to lessen the infection and keep it at bay until I had time to properly treat it. I had additional questions for her two times after my visit and she called me back right away and was very helpful. Her team also went above and beyond to send me my CNX-ray as there was trouble opening the file. And the consultation and x-ray was only about $40USD. I felt so safe, listened to and taken care of. I only wish she worked in my town so I could make her my dentist permanently. Absolutely recommend!

What a wonderful clinic! I've been there several times, and I've always had a positive experience! I want to thank Nino and Marina! They are true professionals! My child needed two difficult teeth extracted, as recommended by the orthodontist. Nino and Marina quickly found a way to connect with my child, and they did everything quickly, efficiently, and painlessly! I highly recommend them!
