I'm still shocked by what they did to me at this clinic. Now I have to see other doctors to correct the situation. They extracted a perfectly healthy permanent tooth and then suggested extracting my lower healthy teeth as well. However, as other specialists have already explained to me, they could have simply used braces to gently move the teeth and create space for the implant—without extracting healthy teeth. Especially since I had the braces installed at this very clinic. I have no complaints about the braces themselves, but for some reason, they installed completely different braces on my back teeth, not the ones I paid for. I sincerely regret that at the time I was too inexperienced and didn't fully understand the consequences of extracting healthy teeth. This decision now seems extremely unfounded and unprofessional to me. All the specialists I see now are surprised by the treatment I was offered and received. I'm very glad I didn't continue treatment at this clinic. I strongly advise against contacting them to resolve such issues.

I went to Dr. Lali Papasqua for a dental cleaning and was very pleased. I have a challenging case: increased sensitivity and retainers after braces, but Lali handled everything beautifully. During the procedure, she provided feedback, explained why she was doing it the way she did, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. It was very calming and painless. At the end of the appointment, Lali gave aftercare recommendations and explained in detail what to do next and in what order. I felt her attentive and professional approach. I will definitely come back!

Dr.Nino Tsabadze is a FANTASTIC find for us. My daughter had a negative experience at her previous dentist in Thailand and subsequently refused to visit. However, Dr.Nino completely relieved her stress and has a special approach to treating children. She’s professional,gentle,warm and caring and we’re so grateful for her. We’ll definitely return.

AVOID if you have international insurance! > Extremely unprofessional administration. I had a dental cleaning on Friday and have been asking for my invoice/bill for 3 days now. I need it for my international health insurance, which I communicated clearly. Instead of sending the requested document, they keep ignoring my messages on WhatsApp (even though they read them) and just send automated appointment reminders for more expensive treatments. When I asked again today, they didn't even understand the request and asked if I "want to know the price in advance." I cancelled my follow-up treatment (worth round about 400€) because I cannot trust a clinic that is unable to provide basic paperwork. If you need a reliable receipt for your insurance, go somewhere else. Complete chaos in the office.

Please avoid this clinic and take care of your health!!! I had root canal treatment on my 26th and 27th teeth here. Later, when I had to have these teeth retreated by doctors in Israel (they didn't file down the filling, which led to inflammation and antibiotics) and Russia, it turned out the treatment had been done incorrectly. Teeth that didn't require any intervention were exposed and affected. As a result, instead of just a few problematic root canals, I now have to have all eight treated. I'm currently undergoing retreatment and preparing for a crown. I still have X-rays taken about a year before my treatment at this clinic in Georgia. Based on these images, the doctor has good reason to believe that one of the teeth that was exposed here was healthy at the time—it was simply receiving pain from another tooth. Don't expect treatment at this clinic to be performed according to medical protocols. You won't be given the names of painkillers or other medications. When my dentist in Russia opened the temporary filling placed at this clinic, he was shocked by what he saw. Instead of the usual calcium, some kind of oil had been added to the canal, which over time stains the tooth black. Furthermore, the tooth was so damaged during the treatment that it's now cracked, and I'll need a crown. I paid about 700 lari for the treatment of two teeth—a considerable sum. But now I've spent over $1,000 to correct the consequences of this "doctor's" work. Please think carefully before choosing this clinic. Sometimes it's cheaper and safer to choose a good specialist upfront than to redo the treatment later and face even greater health problems.
