The shop provides excellent service. When they made a mistake with the product, they took responsibility and replaced it with a new one free of charge. There were also no credit card transaction fees, which is fantastic and I commend them for that.

The overall atmosphere in the shop is great. Dr. Ploy is very kind and provides excellent advice. If I had any concerns, I could consult with her. Also, the price is reasonable. I transferred from another clinic to this one, and Dr. Ploy's advice has helped me start to see if my teeth are starting to heal. The staff at the counter are always changing, and the service is different for each person. Overall, it's good.

There was an old lady who walked around the clinic without wearing a mask at all. She did this every time, a total of 4 times that she went to the clinic. If I don't have an appointment, I don't want to go. It's very scary. She has no responsibility for the community. If someone gets infected, can they take responsibility? The doctors and receptionists all wore masks very well. This one person ruined the entire clinic.
