Great service. Professional and friendly staff. I love my results after completing my course of Invisalign. I took advantage of the payment plan that was offered and I never waited more than 5 minutes after I arrived for my appointment. The overall experience was excellent.

Had braces here years ago, sadly I was 16 when I had them removed so I didn’t know any better. They pulled way too many teeth in an attempt to “make space” rather than keeping perfectly healthy teeth that I needed and maybe expanding the palate. Now as an adult, my palate is extremely narrow, I suffer from airway problems, TMJ issues, the sides of my tongue are constantly sore because my tongue is constantly being bitten/rubbing against the sides of my teeth. Dentists and physio’s have linked these problems to my orthodontics. When I went back to discuss, I was told that these were non-issues and quoted 10k for them to fix the functional damage they caused. My day to day is impacted and I wish I could have advocated for myself as a teenager.

We can't be more grateful to the amazing team at Smile team Orthodontics. Our son was a complex case and every single visit over more than 6 years was always caring , prompt and most of all kind . Every member of the dental team and led by the patient and ever gentle Dr Ho, made our son as comfortable and confident as this could experience could be . We had an excellent experience with Smile Dental. I can highly recommend Smile to any parent seeking treatment for their children. My teenage son had a plate and braces. I was apprehensive at first but that quickly dissipated with the excellent care we received. All appointments were on time and at convenient times for the school day. The final appointment was much longer but the braces came off easily. My son is very happy with the result with overbite fully corrected and straight lovely teeth! Thank you especially to Dr Yasi and all the staff for your excellent care.

The staff were quite nice. The appointments were always on time and there were also many times to choose from which is helpful. The application of the braces was slightly painful, but that was expected. They were efficient with every appointment and the checkup appointment rarely took longer than 15 minutes. The final appointment was obviously longer than the others. Everything went smoothly with the removal and it was all enjoyable except for the mould making. It was slightly disgusting but it was understandably so. Overall, wonderful experience and definitely worth it!

My daughter was very nervous at first but the Smile Team was there for her by talking and explaining in great detail about the process and even though they would have to do it multiple times, they still did. They were very patient and took their time until she was comfortable.
