The reception staff were not very friendly and seemed upset. One of them asked me for my name three times, as well as which doctor my appointment was with. Shouldn’t they already have that information in the system to properly track appointments? In addition, my consultation with the doctor lasted only five minutes. Afterwards, my husband was supposed to be seen, but they did not call him in. I had to ask why he hadn’t been called, and only then did they realize they had forgotten. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked me why I hadn’t said anything earlier. Overall, the clinic could be much more efficient with scheduling and patient flow. On top of that, they refused to share the WiFi with either me or my husband, which added to the frustration.

I've tried so many dental clinics and I don't know how at this moment I can't be biased with my complete blind trust in Dr. Mohamed's work! A lifetime's journey of dental implants, follow-ups, gum problems, extractions, bone grafting, in addition to my orthodontic journey with my Dr. Maria! How I was and how my teeth became and then my psyche.. I am very grateful that God guided me to Dr. Mohamed. With his light hand and any problem I suffered from, he is always my savior, and not only does he thank God he solves it, but to the point that it doesn't come back again, and this is proof that his work is correct, even if I don't understand his profession, but I can see the result. ♥️ I can sign and tell you to rest assured because you will never change the clinic, and this is from experience and reality. Have you ever seen someone who pays while he is laughing and happy from the inside? It's hard to find someone you depend on and who doesn't let you down these days! He deserves every penny spent because, in all honesty and simplicity, it's spot on. You won't know the difference or the meaning of my words and feelings unless you need them. Objectively, the clinic staff are very cooperative and follow up on my case even after treatment if necessary. A year ago, I neglected my visit and left. I swear I regretted it and repented, so don't wait and postpone it like I made a mistake. The beautiful thing about Dr. Muhammad is that you notice that one of his priorities is preserving your natural age as much as possible. Seriously, I love and trust his judgment, and you will never, as a patient, feel like you are in a clinic looking for commercial profit at your expense! For your information, there are other services, not only laser and cosmetic dentistry, but I have not tried them to be honest. As for teeth...thank God for the coincidence that brought me together in the clinic and with people like them🫶🏼 I’ve been through so many dentists before, and with all my struggles at dental clinics, I honestly don’t know how I could not be completely biased right now with full blind trust in Dr. Mohammed’s work! It’s been a whole journey: implants, follow-ups, gum problems, extractions, bone grafting, and even braces with Dr. Maria! The way my teeth used to be, and how they are now… and how much better I feel because of that. I’m just so grateful God led me to Dr. Mohammed. With his light hands, any problem I’ve had, he’s always been my lifesaver. And not only does he fix it, but it never comes back that tells you everything about how good his work is. I might not know much about dentistry, but I definitely feel and see the results ♥️ I can say this with confidence: don’t worry, once you go there, you won’t ever want to change clinics again. And honestly, have you ever seen someone pay at a dental clinic while smiling and genuinely happy inside? That's rare! It's hard these days to find someone you can fully rely on and who never disappoints. He deserves every single penny, because his work is truly worth it 🌟 You won't really get what I mean until you actually need it yourself.
