The dentist is kind and it was a good place to check the teeth.

I took my one-year-old child to the dentist for the first time. The pediatrician was unskilled. He held her chin in a restrained position, forced her mouth open, and appeared impatient. He didn't coax her with words or toys. For parents of young children, I recommend another clinic.

The price is reasonable, and the doctor is very kind and patient.

Terrible experience. I got Invisalign here. After the first course, my teeth weren't properly aligned, so I had to get my teeth scanned again for more aligners. However, the scanner was broken for about a month. Wanting my teeth quickly, I rushed to a branch very far from home for another scan. They said the machine was broken again and I had to wait another month for repairs. After the scan, they said the aligners would be ready in 3-4 weeks. When I went to pick them up, they said the file name was wrong, the machine was broken, and so on. Then they said I had to wait another 3-4 weeks. I was so frustrated. And that's not even including the fact that the doctor has limited appointments and isn't available often, causing further delays in my scheduled appointment. I do not recommend getting your treatment here at all. The service is unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. I've never encountered a procedure where they just insert something into my mouth and keep it open. I didn't like it; they should have asked the patient first. And the saliva suctioning felt like I was choking, like the saliva was going into my windpipe. The doctor preemptively said, "Just a little more, almost finished." It would have been much better if they had told the patient to let them know if it hurt or was too uncomfortable. It felt like the doctor was prioritizing their own comfort and putting the patient's discomfort or pain aside.

The service was excellent. All the staff and doctors were lovely. Dr. Nattapong liked to play music while I was getting my teeth done, which made me feel much better and less scared. It was fantastic! 💘 …

One of the best dental experience. The dentist herself is very informative and asks me before doing anything. The tools here are also very clean and can support all my requirement. The x-ray result can be conducted in minutes to inform me what i need to do.

📌I went to this dental clinic. A warning to everyone!!! ✳️The doctor's name is Sarisa Na Songkhla. She didn't explain why X-rays were necessary for dental work, but insisted on them at 250 baht per sheet. Easy, isn't it? Dental treatment doesn't require much skill; it's all about the patient's money. When I asked why X-rays were necessary, she told me to go to another doctor. I was upset about the X-rays and said it wasted my time, since I had an appointment. She then told me I was late, and that she was wasting her time. I apologized for being late when I entered the room. Her time is money, a business! 🙄Wow, even for a private clinic, her ethics are incredibly low. Imagine what it would be like at a government hospital! She only cares about money. She doesn't use her medical knowledge anymore. She only wants X-rays. She won't even fill the fillings, insisting on crowns costing tens of thousands of baht per tooth, and then tells patients to go to someone else if they ask for the reason behind the X-rays. It's ridiculous! If she's so rich, why doesn't she just stay home? And this clinic even has doctors who drive patients away like this! ❗️Please, this clinic, stop calling me to come for dental treatment. I've had enough!!! The doctor has no professional ethics and extremely low emotional maturity.
