I've been going here for years, including to the dentist who's been slandered by name below by a woman using the pseudonym Ann. I had to comment myself, as I see this account has only posted two reviews, both negative and unreliable. As a regular satisfied patient, reading things like "another dentist rated the procedure as incorrect" sounds absurd, like something from a meme like "who the hell is that?" I hope this dentist officially signed off on it. I run a small business myself, also reviewed online, and I know how easy it is to anonymously question someone's work from a fake account. I hope you'll be brave enough to respond to the office's response and explain it as requested, as unjustified infringement of someone's personal rights is a crime.

Agnieszka is by far the most unprofessional dentist I've ever encountered. My appointment took place at the beginning of the year, and from the very beginning, a lack of care and commitment was evident. The filling in tooth seven was placed incorrectly – the filling was clearly too high, causing discomfort and pain when biting. This wasn't a minor inaccuracy, but an obvious mistake that should have been caught and corrected immediately. When I needed to correct the problem, I was informed that a consultation would be charged. This is absurd – a patient should have to bear the cost of correcting the doctor's mistake? Ultimately, I decided to go to another office, where the dentist clearly stated that the filling had been placed incorrectly and needed to be completely removed and re-done. During the procedure performed by Agnieszka, damage to the gum was also caused, which only confirms the lack of precision and gentleness in her work. The next situation is even more disturbing. I was recommended root canal treatment, despite having no symptoms to justify it. After consulting with another dentist, it turned out that root canal treatment was unnecessary – a simple filling was performed, and the tooth is functioning properly to this day, pain-free. It's hard not to get the impression that this was an attempt to con me into paying for an expensive procedure. But that wasn't the end of it. I reported bleeding and an unpleasant odor between my teeth (around teeth six and seven), despite regular flossing. Instead of a thorough diagnosis, I was told "everything is fine" and suggested I see an oral surgeon. The problem was completely ignored, despite the specific location and symptoms being identified. The lack of diagnosis, poor treatment decisions, poor quality of treatment, and an attempt to pass the costs on to the patient – ​​these are not isolated errors, but a recurring pattern of incompetence. I strongly advise against seeking treatment from this dentist.
