I had a great experience at Smile Craft Dental with Dr Nishita. The surgery was clean and well presented, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. I had my first tooth removed here and hadn’t been to a dentist in 13 years so I was really scared but I felt absolutely no pain and feel way more confident to go back now They were very gentle and the other workers are very nice too!

These guys are amazing I’ve had a few teeth taken out at other places but this place by far is the best explain what they was doing at each step checked in on me made sure I was okay and 3 days later still no pain from the removal and the best thing they even texted a day after the removal to check in and see if I needed anything the young bloke who did the job I couldn’t be happier thanks

The dentist used way too much pressure when injecting the anaesthetic — he leaned in with his whole shoulder and forced it in. It was extremely painful, and the injection site stayed sore for weeks afterward. I’ve never had that happen before. It felt rushed and unprofessional.”

The day after your appointment, our front office team sent out a courtesy follow up message to see how you were feeling as well as advising you to contact the practice directly if you had any concerns so we can organise a review appointment. Unfortunately, we have not been contacted by you since your appointment. So that our patients are fully informed, our dentists always explain post operative risks before proceeding with treatment and it is most unfortunate that you have experienced discomfort following treatment. We take great pride in ensuring our patients have a pleasant experience at our practice and our patients are generally very happy with the dental work they receive and trust the professionalism and skills of our clinicians.
