Nina speaks very good English and took the time to answer all my questions and ensured that I was comfortable during my 2 visits. Nina went out of her way to explain things to me and assisted the team, she was great! My Dentist Emily took the time at our first appointment to explain everything to me in detail and gave me her expert advice. It was great that Emily spoke excellent English and I was able to fully understand what was taking place. On my 2nd appointment I got my new teeth and I could not be happier. Emily and the rest of the team did an exceptional job. I highly recommend getting your dental work here at Shark in HCMC. The team does exceptional work, their accommodating, supportive, and most importantly they welcome you back for any warranty work. errors on, had lied and overcharged me. She is a perfectionist, meticulous and extremely skilled in her work. Shark dental as a whole was incredibly easy to deal with, very hospitable, the cost was OUTSTANDING, professional, true to their quote, customer focused and very very helpful. Not only did I have my own dentist, but I had a liaison/interpreter with me from shark the whole time who assisted with anything I might need. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly to anyone needing any type of dental work!!! I’m so happy

Appointments for new dental work are quick, but appointments for warranty service due to toothache or other issues are always scheduled for almost a week in advance. They make customers wait instead of waiting for them, like the owner hires staff to work continuously, serving one customer after another.

Amazing example friends here. Had my teeth scale, polished and laser plasma whitened. Amazing care and aftercare. Staff were so lovely and knowledgable. Would definitely come back for more work done and very happy to recommend.
Despite the name, Shark Dental Clinic was incredibly gentle! I had totally painless and thorough teeth cleaning and was cared for by extremely kind staff. Quite put to rest my habitual fear of dentists (and sharks :-) and I’m now actually looking forward to my next appointment!

Last January, My fiancé and I backpacked through Vietnam so we stopped in HCMC and I got four upper back crowns and four upper front veneers done. A week later while in phụ Quoc one of my upper veneers fell off while I was sleeping. They didn’t even glue it. I had to get it put back on in Bangkok. Shark reimbursed me the $100 CAD it cost. veneer was changing colour, it was stating to look brown, the adhesive was oxidizing and weakening. A few weeks later while eating, it cracked into three pieces. Even though I had “warranty” they couldn’t help me being out of country. They could have made me a new veneer and mailed it to me to have out in by a dentist here in Canada but Shark didn’t take a proper IntraOral scan of my mouth that they could have used to make me a new veneer to mail, instead they rushed my appointment and made a physical impression which they later threw away instead of keeping. I asked them if TET would affect my appointment which they assured me it wouldn’t, it did. That’s why they rushed me. They said if I could find a dentist that uses the same intraoral scanner that they use, I could email them the scan to make a new veneer for me. Do you know how hard it is to find a dentist that has the same tech program as a Vietnamese dental clinic?! IMPOSSIBLE. Plus no Canadian dentist wanted to touch it either way, if I had a veneer sent from shark, no one here wanted to touch it. Anyways, I eventually found a dentist here in Canada to help me. I ended up getting a front crown put on instead. Now my other front veneer is starting to turn brown. Just a matter of time before i have to replace that veneer. Oh and they also never smoothed the back of my teeth where the veneer ended and my tooth began, which I though was odd, when I had the one fixed in Bangkok they did that without me having to ask. Anyways - I wouldn’t recommend getting any veneers here unless you live locally and can come back to have them fixed. Crowns I had done have been fine.
