I have always had sensitive teeth and l explained my situation to Dr Joe. He was so patient, understanding and didn't in anyway make me feel like l was being paranoid. I truly recommend him, his communication is second to none, he had a very lovely disposition and he would also be a great dentist for children 😀 Congratulations on a brilliant service, no longer will l fear the dentist 😀 Clare

We recently took my daughter to this dental clinic, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth, which immediately helped my daughter feel relaxed. The reception area was clean, bright, and very child-friendly — a small detail, but it made a big difference for her confidence. The dentist was incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough. They took the time to explain every step in a calm and reassuring way, making sure my daughter understood what was happening and never felt nervous. I really appreciated how they balanced professionalism with kindness. You could tell they truly care about children and want them to have a positive experience with dental care. The treatment itself went smoothly, and afterwards the dentist gave helpful tips for maintaining her dental health at home. My daughter walked out smiling — and even said she’s looking forward to her next visit, which says everything! I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for exceptional, compassionate dental care for their children.

I do not recommend that you take your dental voucher here! Recently this year, I presented with a hospital dental voucher to this facility. I was not being listened to properly or happy with the services, I was provided here at this facility. I cancelled all future appointments. When I called to retrieve the voucher, I was told - due to cancelling appointments with this facility - they had sent the voucher back to the dental hospital. Spiteful Nasty Rude Disrespectful I called the dental hospital and they advised : the dental voucher was still valid and was still current. I was still able to take it to another facility. However due to the voucher being sent back to them from this facility and the voucher was not sent back myself, like it should have. Which I was entitled too, as it was still current….. I was no longer able to use it. Now I no longer have use of the dental voucher I was entitled too. That I waited for. That I need due to being a full time student. I have visited another facility who had no issues providing me with a clean I do not recommend that you take your dental voucher here! This review has been written without my name! Speak my name again upon the internet and I will take this further I have written this review many times this facility continues to try and discredit me Be professional! accept the review take the criticism and feedback on board that you have been given and stop trying to discredit the people who are not satisfied with your services stop attempting to push back, put down and patronise your past customers who are not happy with your services criticism and feed back is a healthy thing for a business in whatever shape and form you receive it it should always be taken on board to better the service you provide not patronise past customers and push back blame the fact that you continuously respond back to me and attempt to make yourself look good because you cannot handle or will not accept a bad review egotistical to continually push back blame instead of taking it on board and trying to do better is absolutely unprofessional I was not happy with your services no matter what you attempt to say to discredit me, you have no right to change or blame me for how you made me feel and how you did treat me and continue to treat me you cannot please everyone the humble approach would be better here be professional

Imogen is an exceptional dentist. Her care and attention to my aging teeth has been nothing short of exemplary. She approaches every challenge with thoughtfulness and dedication—qualities I haven’t experienced in a dentist before. Although I have to travel a fair distance for my appointments, it’s absolutely worth it. Imogen is the only dentist I want to see.

I’ve had experiences with both Jo and Victor and have nothing my but positive things to say about both. This is the dentist you’ve been looking for.

Dr. Jo has been a revelation in my return to dental care and certainly put myself at ease with concerns of someone fiddling inside my mouth. After some five years, maybe more of neglect, Dr Jo has done a brilliant job of restoring my teeth back to some sort of normal. He is by far the best dentist I’ve had. I’m 65!

Dr Victor took such good care of my son, with a friendly and approachable attitude towards his work. He made sure to educate him on how best to take care of his dental health without any elements of shame. So wonderful to have found a dentist that we can trust.

My dentist Imogen was polite and knowledgeable, and had me in and out quickly. The staff here have been so lovely to deal with
