Is there no one at the clinic? I can't contact them. I called the first day and got stuck. The nurse who made the appointment wasn't there. I'll have to wait to call again. I tried to call on the second and third days and haven't been able to make an appointment. It's been 4 days now.

It is Dr Ni-Cha-Pha (Pan) who worked on me. I can tell you that she is one truly exceptional dentist. Other dentists had only agreed to do the more invasive options but Dr Ni-Cha-Pha is the only one who actually went the extra mile to save my teeth. This required extreme patience, high precision, and a very delicate approach. I will never forget this gift that she gave me. She worked 3 times longer than my original appointment was for. She was extremely gentle, worked with such concentration and dedication, I was blown away. Also, I experienced no pain at all. People were waiting after me for their appointment because of the extra time, and she did not charge me a penny more. Let me also mention how specially kind, delicate and encouraging she was. She looked for my best interest, and then she gave me her very best effort. This is a dentist like you will very rarely meet. Dr Ni-cha-pha is a true gem. Look no further, especially if you have a serious dental work to have done. PS - her English is perfect too, and believe me I am the annoying customer who ask a million questions. Amazing. Importantly, the prices are affordable and reasonable, and you can be assured of a clean and hygienic environment. I was so impressed that I'd want to entrust my oral health to them long-term.

Think carefully before going there. Appointments take a long time to process, the service staff is poor, and the equipment is inadequate. The only good thing is the doctor; they give good advice, but the scheduling process and the lack of equipment are truly unsatisfactory.

Terrible. I'm serious. I did scaling with them 2 times. First time was ok but the second time was terrible. Not gentle at all and the doctor did it in 20 mins! No suggestion, talk or advice whatsoever after the scaling which they should at least able to access your teeth and let you know the teeth condition in general. I paid 1,200 baht for bad quick work. I'm surprised with all people that gave them 5 stars. It'll be my last time and going to other dental clinic. Bye.

I recently decided to change my dental clinic and today I had the opportunity to try this clinic for the first time. Today I came to have my teeth cleaned and fluoride applied. Tomorrow I will come to have my teeth filled. I am very impressed with the service, especially the skilled dentist. He has a gentle hand, is kind, and very polite. I can feel the friendliness of all the staff here. I like it. I think I will definitely come to get my teeth straightened here. It really lives up to its reputation.

The clinic is clean, the doctor is gentle and kind, and the atmosphere is welcoming, like being at home. You can come in and chat, and the assistants are very talkative. Check-ups are free, the service is excellent, the treatment costs are reasonable, and it was the first time in my life I had a tooth extracted without feeling any pain at all. Truly amazing!

I came to get braces here, using the Damon system, because I have more problems than the average person. I also had to wear a tongue guard. The doctors are very kind and lovely, both the male and female doctors. The wisdom tooth extraction didn't hurt at all. At first, I was afraid that the anesthesia would definitely hurt, but once it wore off, it didn't hurt at all. The doctor has a very gentle hand. He extracted 5 teeth, removed another wisdom tooth, and cut the web under the tongue. It didn't hurt at all. Very chill. Overall, the service is very friendly.
