Don not go there for any Kids related treatment. Spent more than 10K for RCT and other procedures, again after 2 months pain started , not at all reliable

I am extremely disappointed with the overall service at this facility. The reception staff is consistently unprofessional and makes the simple task of scheduling an appointment a nightmare. However, once you arrive on time, you are forced to sit and wait indefinitely for the doctor. To make matters worse, the entire facility smells strongly of the curry the staff is eating in the back, which is highly unprofessional for a medical environment. Pathetic experience overall. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and expect a professional atmosphere.

Getting an appointment with doctor of your choice has lately became unfriendly.when asked for Dr Jini the response was not clear and was told that she is RCT specialist we will give to someone else if after consultation needed we will forward to her.Then upon enquiring why not her in the first place as we suspect we may need that ,was told she visit on need basis and only comes tuesday etc. and they expect people to do multiple visit as per their convenience while ignoring patients plight. It very inconvenient to do multiple visit for filling and rct and then cap.Please have proper communication with customers without hiding any info and have your receptionist to be polite. Its hospitality and care industry which itself is missing in the first place. Avoid this place if you have any exigency

Pathetic place for dental service, I came 15/20 mins late despite being pregnant and they asked me to wait 2 hours to be able to get to doctor just because I was 20 mins late and I had messaged also before leaving about the same. No considerations whatsoever for the patient. Would never recommend anyone coming here for any service.
