Been going here for over 10 years..used to be amazing but the last 3 implants I had done fell outband im having many issues with the other work as well.

I don't usually write reviews, but I want to let people know that this place seems more interested in making money than helping patients. I had a really terrible experience here. When I arrived, I had to fill out paperwork because they didn’t have my information in their system, even though I had submitted it online beforehand. I told them what type of medicine I take, but they couldn’t find it. The worst part was that they kept sending me from one room to another, claiming they needed to evaluate me. I asked to start with a deep cleaning first, then get an evaluation for a root canal, but they only focused on the root canal and didn’t even check if I needed a deep cleaning. They kept discussing different prices for the root canal without telling me what treatment I actually needed. Before the service, they called me to pay and asked me to sign a paper saying I agreed to pay for both a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning, but I wasn’t told that I needed both or what was necessary. Long story short, be firm and cautious to avoid being overcharged. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to find an honest place.

April 21 2025 was my first visit to Sani Dental Group. I can't stress enough how wonder they are..I am a flight attendant and can travel to any country to get work done. Was debating between Costa Rica or Sani in Los Algones. Wow , I am in the middle of procedures. The staff , the Dr. Are just incredible. Can't wait to tell my fellow flight attendants about this place This is an update on my April 1st appt. I am here for my 2nd. Had bone graphingdone last timeamd now 2 screws for the implant..

Im completely done with this place! 2 hrs over my appointment time. They want you to go see numerous people. Asking the same questions. I had already been here and they already had my x-rays from2 weeks prior. You 1st see someone so they can ask you how long you have in Mexico? Go wait..... 2nd get more x-rays. Wait again...... Get called into a exam room. Wait more......... Get called into the payment office and wait again or in my situation and after being told my dentist is ready for me. Get told the shuttle is ready for me to take me to another location to see my dentist. I show up to wait again and guess what? It wasn't my dentist, I was told my dentist is on freaking vacation! I waited over 2 hours and got lied to by 3 people so they can get my payment. I told 3 people at the same time that I want to see the same person. That was who my appointment was for and they said he was at the other location. I ended up walking back to the original location and requesting a refund. I was given no apologies, NOTHING!
