Their customers make appointments and then have to wait 1-2 hours. I don't understand what kind of management they have; if they can't fulfill the appointment, they shouldn't have made it.

Today I went to get a dental filling; my tooth had been chipped for a while. But the filling turned out surprisingly well. Dr. Thanh was enthusiastic and did a thorough job. The assistant, a woman named Tra (I think), was very soft-spoken and lovely. 10/10!
