I had a great experience at Ruflo Dental Clinic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. During my cleaning and extraction, the dentist was clearly skilled, very gentle and explained the process well. There was no pain during the procedure, and I was very comfortable at the clinic. The place was clean and relaxing. Highly recommended Ruflo Dental Clinic for anyone who wants quality dental care!

Cheap services = life long regrets they will always recommend pulling out a tooth even when it can be still saved, got about 3 different opinion on my case they all recommend fillings to save the tooth, only Ruflo clinics always will recommend pulling out the tooth lol! never again

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I have received at Ruflo Dental Clinic, particularly from the two exceptional dentists, Dr. JTA and Dr. Quineet (not sure of the spelling lol). Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for their patients truly stand out. Dr. JTA has been handling my oral rehabilitation and brace adjustment with great expertise and compassion. When my upper teeth encountered a minor issue that required them to rest without brace wires for almost three months, she was visibly concerned about my comfort and appearance. Her constant check-ins to ensure I was okay and not upset about the temporary look of my teeth showed her deep commitment to her patients' well-being. It's clear that Dr. JTA treats every client with the utmost care and consideration 🙂 Dr. Quineet, who performed my root canal, demonstrated exceptional skill and gentleness 🙂 Initially, I was quite anxious about the procedure, having seen videos that made it seem painful. However, Dr. Quineet reassured me that it would be pain-free, and she was absolutely right. Her light touch and frequent inquiries about my comfort during the procedure made the experience far less daunting than I had anticipated. She also did the root canal of my sister’s tooth and just like me, my sister was super hesitant and scared at first. But Dr. Quineet calmly assured her that she wouldn’t feel any pain during the procedure (well, aside from the anesthesia needle of course, because it’s a needle lol). True enough, my sister also went through it with ease, thanks to Dr. Quineet’s gentle and magic hands haha. Although my braces journey is not yet complete, I am incredibly happy with the current outcome of my teeth compared to before. Both Dr. JTA and Dr. Quineet have taken remarkable care of my dental health, ensuring I feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Both Dr. JTA and Dr. Quineet are not only highly skilled professionals but also genuinely caring individuals who treat their patients like family. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone seeking dental care. Friendly staff however 1 of the dentist was rude. I understand that you are tied-up with your work and exhausted however I don't think it's fair to inject the patient because we waited approximately 30 min from the original scheduled time to be accommodated in which there would be no problem as long as they don't inject. One of my observations was that as long as the bracket is still in the clinic, it will not be reattached, so the teeth will improve slowly. Update: since I reached nmn 6 yrs. When he did braces here, my teeth did not improve much. I tried to inform the dentist about my concerns, but he only said, "If I'm satisfied with this, we can remove it." It's very annoying, it can destroy my peace of mind, so I decided to transfer to another clinic where their priority is the quality of their service.

I had my braces almost a year now and the process was smoother than I expected. At first, it felt a little strange, but I got used to it within a few days. I love how the staffs and dentist makes you comfortable before doing their jobs. The instructions on how to care for my braces were clear and easy to follow, which helped a lot. I’m excited to see the changes in my smile and feel confident knowing I’m in good hands throughout this journey!

FIRST OF ALL ITS A WASTE OF MONEY IF YOU WILL HAVE BRACE FROM THIS CLINIC. The brace is so fragile, their brace is not good quality . I had my brace adjusted last month but right after I arrived home I felt my bracket is broken/removed. And it's a waste of time to go back to the clinic it's tiring plus they will charge me add charge for the broken bracket . Then just yesterday I had my brace adjusted 2 pm and I didn't eat at all like nothing cause I was scared that the bracket will be broken /removed so I ate the next day early breakfast 4 am and I only had rice and soup but 2 of the brackets still got broken. I was charged 200 for each broken/removed bracket for goodness sake . So yeah learn from me don't go to this clinic 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

You can do better, Ruflo Dental Clinic. Don't be fooled by the price, because their service is VERY GOOD. Like, I thought I had a clear explanation from the dentist—what to do with my teeth, how to fix them, plans—but there was none! When you get there, they just adjust. No story, no clear direction. Then every time you go back, a different dentist adjusts. There's no record of your progress, it's like they're not really focused on your case. They just take on so many clients, they're so busy, it's like they can't provide quality care. Honestly, I've been going back and forth for so long, but there's no progress. It's still a waste of effort, money, and time. Very frustrating, I promise!
