Very upset with this practice. The lady on the phone was acting as though the situation with my dog wasn't really a big deal and that I should wait until tomorrow when in fact he is probably going to die. Thankfully, I booked him in with another vet and didn't take this lady's advice. I hope he will be ok. Probably need to find yourself a new receptionist.

Took our healthy pup in to get her vaccinations including parvo needle and even the vet said she was a fantastically healthy dog. A few days later we had to take our very ill pup in as she wasn't eating, drinking, vomiting everywhere etc. And found out that she had in fact contracted the parvo virus!! She hadn't been anywhere but inside our home (no parvo as we have had other pups here previously) and the vet, where they made us wait outside and told us to put our pup on the grass while we wait for her to be taken to get her needles., so we did!! That is where we strongly believe she got parvo from. Got told it wasn't there problem as it wasn't there land, but they still use the area and put signs up there etc. but they seriously need to do something about it !! Sadly had to put our baby down.

Make sure you receive a written quote not verbal. One vet charged us near double compared to the other vet and injected the wrong dog and still charged us, no refund or credit. They took several credit card payments as they had to separate for both dogs? Overall very disappointed and will never use them again. Over the month prior had spent well over a thousand dollars, their loss. I am currently taking them to small claims. Be careful and insist on a written quote or the same vet.

Love this place. We've had both our dogs treated here for the last 10 years. The vets are consistently lovely. Nothing is too much trouble and they never rush a consultation. They're also very reasonably priced.

The staff are the best I have ever taken my pets too. Recently had to send one of our loved furbabies over the rainbow bridge as they say and the staff could not have been more caring and professional in their assistance.
