I have had my continued adult dental treatment at this dental practice as well as my crown fitted from a break at an early age and have always found the staff to be very professional and caring especially when my crown later broke (another accident) and I needed urgent care. Highly Recommend.

Not good. I went there and the dentist said "50/50 chance, you can't grow a new tooth. Don't come back if you have problems." He said this AFTER I paid for my procedure. My filling fell out 2-3 months later. Now today (8 months from the procedure) I was chewing gum and half of my tooth has snapped right off.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this clinic! The dental treatment here is truly top-tier - the clinical skill is exceptional, yet the entire process felt incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I also want to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady. She is remarkably patient and incredibly diligent with appointment reminders, which is so helpful. If you're looking for professional care in a calming environment, I cannot recommend them enough!

Highly recommend this dental practice. They are so understanding and gentle and did an amazing job on my teeth. A special thank you to Wendy at reception for quickly reorganising my appointment for me — it made such a difference. My favourite dentist ever, and that’s saying a lot as I’m a very nervous patient!

I have recently had a root canal done here in two appointments, the dentist is very professional and caring, he is very talented in his work. Multiple x rays to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. I was checked on Multiple times throughout the appointments for pain and comfort. Wendy the receptionist is amazing as well, she goes the extra mile to chase up previous dental records from elsewhere in the past. I was very nervous after years of dentists not finishing my dental work and this dentist has reassured me all the way. I can't wait for more work on my teeth with them next year. Seemingly nice dentist, but openly told me that I needed a root canal just so I would come back. Spent the lead up worrying and having anxiety about a possible root canal losing sleep and then only needed a couple of small fillings. Juggles many patients at once. Didn't wait for anaesthetic to work to try to start which startled me and was painful and made him stop. Once he was done ran out of room to see other patient and told me no after care. The dental assistant was just as bad and couldn't tell me any after care. My tooth wasn't sore to begin with but I've had nerve pain ever since and can't eat on that side. Horrible experience that was not at all relaxing! Everything in retrospect felt like red flags not to go and I wish I didn't

Regarding your treatment, our team always informs patients when a cavity is deep and close to the nerve, as this increases the risk of needing a root canal. In such situations, we prioritise urgent attention—even during extremely busy periods—to help prevent the condition from worsening. In your case, we made every effort to fit you in promptly and treat the tooth to avoid a root canal. With deep cavities, it’s normal for the nerve to be more sensitive after a filling, and some discomfort can occur while it settles. We always encourage patients to reach out to us if symptoms continue so we can review the tooth and help. In terms of anaesthetic, we follow standard recommended doses, and the dentist always checks numbness before starting treatment. Sometimes, especially when working on a deep cavity, a second injection may be needed if any discomfort is felt — this is common and done immediately to ensure comfort. We also understand that dental treatment in general is not pleasant and can be stressful, as you mentioned. Many patients feel anxious, and we do our best to make the experience as comfortable as possible. With all respect, your situation required urgent attention, and we did everything we could to accommodate you in our already very full schedule in order to help prevent the need for a root canal. Relax Dental is The best dental practice I have ever been too. I had to bring a resident from my work place to have urgent treatment. She was in an over sized electric wheelchair and the Dentist here went over and beyond his call of duty. He was kind empathetic and very Compassionate. I highly recommend Relax Dental

Had my teeth filling, scale and polishing all done in one session, so I do not need to inject the numbing meds multiple times, Dr. Sabah went over with me on the teeth that need treatment today and he answered my questions patiently. Kept talking to me to give comfort and encouragement, he even apologized for giving me pain today. Thank you for being a kind and professional dentist, now I understand why others say you are the best dentist they’ve ever met. And for now I just need to pray that I do not need to see you again for six months as you suggested (sorry 🤣). Thanks for detailing the risks to me before and during the treatment.

I have had a lot of dental work on my teeth from many dentists over the years. Now I am so pleased to have Sahba working on my teeth. He is an experienced and professional dentist. He listens and communicates extremely well. I trust his dental skills completely and fully recommend him. He is friendly, patient and understanding. I am extremely pleased with his work. His assistant makes you feel very comfortable and the receptionist is always helpful.
