My experience at Qualy-Dent was outrageous and completely unacceptable. I would have expected a dental practice that calls itself "QUALIty" to put the needs and satisfaction of its patients first. Instead, I encountered an institution that clearly does not seek to reassure dissatisfied patients or truly address their concerns. There is a complete lack of the patient-centered approach that is essential in healthcare services. The biggest disappointment was that the practice lied to me without batting an eye, just to make a few thousand more forints. They claimed that certain products were available exclusively at their place and were more expensive elsewhere, which after a quick Google search proved to be false. This type of misleading practice is not only unethical, but also undermines patient trust and calls into question the quality of all subsequent services and treatments they provide. Qualy-Dent's preference for profit maximization over the quality and integrity of patient care is unacceptable. A healthcare provider is expected to communicate honestly and transparently, and to put the well-being of their patients first. In summary, the attitude and practices I experienced at Qualy-Dent are far from quality, patient-centered care. I strongly doubt that the practice can provide any level of "QUALIty" service if the most important fundamentals of honesty, transparency, and patient satisfaction are completely lacking. I would advise others to be careful when choosing a dental provider and not fall for misleading claims.

I was 100% satisfied with the dentist's work, of course I couldn't even professionally review the care, since I'm not a dentist. HOWEVER, all other services that make you go to a private dentist are missing from this place. After the root canal treatment cleaning and temporary covering, the payment arrived (of course, the card terminal didn't work, I was informed about this in advance). I didn't receive an invoice or receipt for the composition and distribution of the treatment fee, nor even a single note that would show how much it cost... When making an appointment for the filling of the tooth, they couldn't give me an appointment because 2:30 PM didn't work for me, since I work until 4:00 PM. A possible 4:30 PM appointment was not acceptable to them because the appointments in their calendar would not have matched... they suggested I call in 2 weeks, then they would see if I could fit in somewhere... I find this a bit ridiculous (or rather outrageous?!) So I head to the internet, where I hopefully search for a new dentist, hoping to forget the experience I had here as soon as possible.

My boyfriend and I got a lightning-fast filling (3 teeth filled with sufficient underlayment, no preparation), with lightning-fast tartar removal (the latter was done by the assistant). The three fillings and the tartar removal of the two people were done in 10 minutes. The doctor said that we had to hurry because another patient was coming soon.... the next day both of our filled teeth were already hurting - all three teeth... Afterwards, I looked up how to prepare a filling, also because I remembered that all my previous fillings took much, much longer than a few minutes and the doctor prepared my fillings with something of much different flavors. I was amazed at how superficially the QualyDent doctor prepared the preparation for us compared to what I had learned about how it is done. I wrote an email about the pain a few days after the filling. I did not receive a response. I later wrote another email about canceling our appointment for another filling and reminded him that I was waiting for his answer regarding the pain... no answer came to that either. I would like to draw attention to the fact that as patients we have the right to enforce the guarantee for dental fillings. If you have a similar problem, take advantage of this opportunity! Our trust has been lost - unfortunately, so has the 60,000 HUF we paid. We are going to the countryside to have these fillings removed by a well-established dentist and have the teeth properly filled.

This was my first and probably last time here. The assistant (?) talked to me like a rag, her style was very offensive. I understood that I was probably the 78th person that day, but her tone should be polished a little. I feel like I was not properly informed about exactly what treatments would be needed, how often they would be done, and how much each appointment would cost. I am terrified of dentistry, I have said this several times, which is why it would have been important to me to know exactly how to start and what the process would be if treatment were to take place. I did not receive satisfactory answers to my questions. I was the last patient that day, and I felt like I was just a nuisance. The doctor seemed nice, but the assistant's "nice" welcome took my mind off the whole thing.
