Finished my invisalign treatment following transferring from another clinic and have had composite bonding with Dr Stacey at Profilo. I found Dr Stacey to have a great bedside manner, to be clear and transparent across every step and work well with your goals and expectations. The staff and assistants are warm and welcoming too.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Profilo Dental! From my very first consultation with Dr Stacey right through to the treatment and follow-up reviews, everything was seamless and professional. Dr Stacey made me feel comfortable from the beginning, taking the time to explain the process and ensure I was happy with every step. The clinic itself is beautiful and welcoming - you can tell the team genuinely care about their patients. I am absolutely over the moon with my composite bonding results. The outcome has completely transformed my smile, and I feel so much more confident because of it. I can’t recommend Profilo Dental highly enough – such an incredible experience from start to finish!

Hands down, the best decision I’ve made for myself. From the first consultation, I knew Dr Stacey was the one — confident, precise, and clearly an expert at what he does. I had 8 veneers and Invisalign, and wanted a smile that looked natural, not overdone. The result? My teeth look like my teeth — not borrowed from someone else! 😅 Seeing them for the first time was a moment… I nearly cried. Subtle, polished, and such a confidence boost. I would like to share how wonderful our experience was with Ms Deacon at Profile Dental. My daughter is 6 years old and very scared of the dentist, so I was quite nervous about how the appointment would go. Ms Deacon was absolutely amazing with her. She took the time that was needed to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe. She patiently showed her the tools she was going to use and explained everything in a way that my daughter could understand before doing anything. Because of the care, patience, and kindness Ms Deacon showed, my daughter felt much more relaxed and the whole experience was far better than we expected. I’ve always had great experiences with Profilo Dental, especially Dr Evan Stacey. I first saw Dr Evan go Invisalign and now for regular check ups ect. I’m a rather nervous patient at the dentist and Dr Evan is very conscious of this and is great at accommodating. Would 100% recommend to nervous patients and those looking for straightening options!

Profilo is one of the best dentist in the area, in my opinion. Each time I have visited and prior to commencement of my Invisalign journey. I have been welcomed and treated professionally. The front desk staff Kathlyeen & Kaitlyn (dental assistant) have always been accommodating and understanding to changes, and polite. Dr Evan is a well educated dentist and his insight on teeth, jaw and health. Is the reason I chose this practice. His reassurance and understanding, has assured me that any concerns I have, are addressed and explained clearly. I am still currently on my journey. The changes and cooperation I have received has been very reassuring. Profilo uses genuine Invisalign aligners. So you know you’re paying for quality treatment. The clinic is very clean and also offers dental journeys that will reassure you, you can achieve your desired smile. They have done amazing work. Invisalign/ Braces/ Composite Bonding/ Whitening/ Cleaning. And display their quality of work proudly. I am very appreciative of the understanding and work that I have received because of doctor Evan. Things I thought and assumed have been justified. I am grateful that I can show up every appointment and know my best interests are in the hands of professionals.

I cannot recommend Dr Evan Stacey highly enough. My overall Invisalign experience has been incredible, and he has truly changed my overall appearance. From the very beginning, he has been nothing but understanding, consistent, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What felt like such a difficult task—being able to keep my natural teeth—was handled with absolute care and expertise. Dr Stacey has worked his magic, and I’m beyond grateful for his skill and dedication. I can’t thank him enough, and I’m so excited to see the final result.

I did Invisalign with Profilo Dental and had Dr Evan looking after me the whole way through. I’d been told by multiple dental practices in Newcastle that I wasn’t a good candidate for Invisalign. Then I literally saw a TV ad for Profilo talking about Invisalign and thought, bugger it, I’ll check them out. From the first appointment, Evan was super chill and straight up said it was more than doable. What I didn’t realise at the time is that a lot of other dentists seem to rush Invisalign cases, Profilo definitely doesn’t. The whole process took about 10 months and I’m genuinely stoked with the result. I even had a small issue where one side shifted back slightly, and Evan was like “no drama” and sorted me out with extra aligners at no extra cost. They’re just really lovely, normal people who actually care — and I really mean that. I hate dentists, but I love these guys. Seriously the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.

The whole team was incredibly accommodating and flexible, which made the entire process stress-free. Everyone is friendly, professional, and very easy to talk to, and I always felt listened to.
