First visit today with Dr Neil & his dental assistant Mikayla (sorry if I spelt that wrong); I felt listened to & very comfortable; I’m usually a very nervous patient. Happy to say I’ve booked a forward appointment & looking forward to my new improved look. I will definitely recommend this practice.

I used to have a severe fear of going to the dentist, to the point where I would avoid appointments altogether. Since coming to Port Smiles, that has completely changed. The care, patience, and understanding shown to me have made such a difference. Everything is explained clearly, I never feel rushed, and I’m always made to feel comfortable and at ease. I honestly never thought I’d say this, but I no longer dread going to the dentist. I’m so grateful to have found such a kind and supportive team

Very caring and gentle. Dr Neil explained everything in full. I felt calm and relaxed throughout and had only minimal pain afterwards. They contact you the following day to see how you are feeling and encourage you to go back if there are any problems at all. Highly recommend Port Smiles.

The office staff are friendly and efficient and I did not have to wait very long for my appointment. I have been avoided going to the dentist for at least 5 years!! I initially was very nervous to have my upper wisdom tooth extracted, part of the tooth had broken off. Dr Sunny Jo explained in detail what she was going to do and told me as she was performing the procedure what would happen next. I barely had any jaw or gum discomfort afterwards. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the practice and Dr Sunny Jo.

All the staff are amazing, Dr Racheal has been my dentist and she’s one special lady with the patience of a saint. Sorry to see her go!
